Health and Safety Protocols

Plan the day and time of your visit. Museum MACAN is open at 75% capacity. We provide 4 time slots for daily visits. Come at that time slot, then you can spend as much time as you want until the museum closes.

Attention to parents: children under 12 years of age MUST show proof of vaccine (at least 1x dose) and be accompanied by a parent/guardian who uses the PeduliLindungi application.

Only visitors with the GREEN category (2x full vaccine and 1x booster) and YELLOW (2x complete vaccine) in the Protect Protect application may enter, unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons, and include a certificate.

Children who have NOT been vaccinated or CANNOT be vaccinated (toddlers) are allowed to enter accompanied by their parents who have been vaccinated (must be categorized as GREEN or YELLOW on the PeduliLindungi application).

Please always wear a mask when in the Museum area

Bags larger than A4 are not allowed in the galleries, so they must be stored in our Luggage Room.

It is prohibited to use digital cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, digital pocket cameras), analog cameras (SLRs, 35mm cameras, instant cameras such as Polaroid and Instax), tripods and selfie sticks in the museum area.

If you feel unwell prior to your visit, please reschedule your visit.
