At Eleven is a truly wonderful place to stay. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The host (Karen) and Mimi (sweetest host dog) is wonderful and so easy to communicate with. We were greeted with special treats - berries, cherries, wine and cheese. The bookshelf is incredible. Every room is full of fabulous surprises. We loved every moment of our stay, and cannot wait to return.

Cute little cottage in a lovely quiet location. Having to park on the street and the owner living on the premises isn't mentioned in the description.

Close to city, to waterfront and to Salamanca Markets. Cottage was clean. Robes and bath products supplied and a variety of items for breakfast. Kitchen was very tiny but adequate for out two day stay. Heaps of books and movies which we would have watched but we found a video stuck in the player which wouldn’t eject. Lovely big bath and separate toilet. We would stay there again.

What a great find, its basically like your own little home, well furnished and nice touches like fresh bread, milk,jams and real coffee. Great library . Easy walk to everything Sandy bay has to offer

We loved our stay at this brilliant little cottage. Great location in Sandy Bay, clean and we’ll presented with interesting artifacts and knick-knacks. Many thoughtful inclusions such as great breakfast, lovely bathroom and use of the courtyard with citrus fruit to try. Close to restaurants. So much better than staying at a motel!

At eleven had everything we needed. It was a great base to see Hobart. Beautifully decorated with lots of books and interesting items. A great place to stay.

Beautiful location, beautiful cottage. our family of four had a lovely, relaxing stay.

it Was great time to stay such a pretty house. Nicely decorated and well organised for the guests. There’s a bike, free to use. Easily walk or ride a bicycle to nearest beach. Breakfast provided, milk , juice, bread, butter, cereals, jams,honey, tea and coffee... There’s a little kitchen, you can cook yourself . There’s books to read, lots of books like a library. Nice comfortable bed , lovely bathroom. Me and my daughter were really enjoyed stay at Eleven. Highly recommended and I would love to come back again.

We very much enjoyed our three day weekend in Hobart with highlight being At Eleven...we appreciated the quiet location and the 'apartment' with large living room, small kitchen, very comfortable bedroom and nice bathroom with soaker tub. All the amenities were there for us (eating out at local restaurants) but also facilities for self catering. Our host Karen met us and offered suggestions for shops and restaurants. We walked to close in Solo (Italian) and down to the Salamanca market on Saturday, touring in and around Hobart was fun...Sunday we took the MONA ferry out to the museum...its a very interesting museum and grounds....in town the.taxis were quick to show up and only $10 to $12 one way to or from Salamanca square...we will come back.

We had such a lovely stay at this gorgeous home in Sandy Bay. A perfect location (easy to park and close to everything) and such a cozy house with everything you could need. My favourite part was the breakfast supplies that were included! They were such a surprise and so welcome for my husband, kids and I. Highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay. There were a few quirks about the place which we had to get used to, but made for an unforgettable stay.

Lovely little apartment that was very clean and tidy. We had a hire car so it was easy to get around and parking was right out the front in a very quite street.

This was such a lovely place to stay. Meeting Karen with her very warm and welcoming smile on arrival was so nice. The home itself, keeping with age of the area with all the quality comforts you can only hope for when travelling. A very comfy bed, great shower with a beautiful claw foot bath, robes provided. A super comfy couch. An array of books & magazines. A very generous breakfast hamper. A small but adequate kitchen, a lovely and peaceful outdoor area with a BBQ as an option. A mountain of treasures to admire inside of all Karens travels add to the warmth of the place. Karen had covered everything even recommending some nice restaurant options that were in walking distance. Sandy Bay is a great central location to see Hobart and surrounds. Thanks Karen for making our stay so wonderful. For all those out there that are travelling with a few families or friends and require a few places to house you all, Karens your lady to ask!
