Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

The people at the service desk were very polite. The restaurant at the hotel was nice as well. However the rooms were pretty outdated. The carpets in the room could really use a cleaning. The furniture in the room did not seem Parisian at all for what we paid. I don’t think the view of the Effiel tour is worth the stay here.

The hotel could not fix water leaks in our room’s ceiling for (3 nights) despite complains to get fix the leakages. Hotel could not check us (my and my wife) in until 5:30pm despite advertising 4pm check-in.

Initially I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, when we arrived we had to switch rooms because of the cleanliness of it, then we had to switch rooms again in the middle of the night for maintenance issues. We switched rooms 5times for an overnight stay. I was highly disappointed. The staff was accommodating but that did not change my experience.

I will come back, love it !!

Hotel was fabulous and stylish .. staff were lovely … lovely choice of breakfast .. ideally located for Eiffel Tower, metro, bateaux bus with restaurants within walking distance

The best thing about this hotel is its location, there is a metro station down the street, and the Eiffel Tower is a couple of blocks away. other than that my stay was average. i was asked if i wanted to pay for early check-in, i said yes, i was sent an email that stated that was approved and when i got to the hotel i was told, that i didn't really have approved early check in. but then i was told that i was able to have early check in as the room was ready, but i wasn't going to be charged for it. we got in and the bed wasn't twins like they were supposed to be and the shower drain is in pieces. they came up to fix the bed issue but took two days to fix the shower issue, we used it any way. the tissue box was empty, it took them two days to replace that. the room was not pleasant, it looks like a prison, every thing is grey, floors, wall, doors, and the hall way carpet is old and grimey, the first floor is the only nice floor, the staff was pleasant, except for my first encounter, and the food was good. and the housekeeping just barge into the room, they might knock but to not give you time to get to the door, and just walk right in. it is very unnerving. a lot of nothing for the money.

It is no customer service and not even an international universal outlet for laptop computer. Customer's service phone number is either cut off or nobody pick up the phone. Very poor customer service.

The view of the Eiffel Tower from my room was incredible.

Within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and some fantastic restaurants and bars. Rooms are old and had previously been flooded looked in need of repair , was extremely noisy all night . Very expensive !! €880 for One night. €65 back to the airport on fixed rate.

The hotel is old and you barely see eiffel tower with the reservation for a high floor room with tower view. Go somewhere else. Shower door was leaking water everywhere, no body wash in container, toilet paper in the toilet (not flushed when we checked in). Housekeeper enter the room at 9am without even knocking at the door.

The staff is super helpful and nice. They helped us to set up an extra bed without requesting as we are taking a toddler with us.

A nice point to stay at while in Paris. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and on the banks of the River Seine. The rooms were very nice and clean, well appointed. The “Flame” restaurant was wonderful and the patio are a nice setting for a couple to enjoy a meal.

The cleaning staff took EVERY towel and did not replace them. Was unable to get the room phone to work so had to go down to the check in desks. After waiting for 30 minutes to get help was told that it would take 20 minutes to get replacements.
