Very strategic place near to mall, near to my office and near to restaurant like KFC, Miss Heo, and Pizza Hut and also some Local Restaurant.

The hotel was good, but the staff (the receptionist) don't know how to value their guests! I was late just 25 minutes for check out because I was just reaching my room from a meeting. Exactly at 12:00 the reception called me and say if I do not leave the room, they will charge me a fee and they were reading the fees list for me! Every hotel the check out is at 12:00 and maximum by 13:00, the way and tone they called and spoke with me were not friendly at all and they didn't respect me as a customer of their hotel. Will never choose to stay in this hotel again

The lift is broken! So we have to take the stairs, can you imagine if you are from up to 5th floor, you want to check out and have so many luggage?
