PERATURAN TAMU HOTEL: Tamu tidak diperbolehkan (dilarang) untuk membawa :  Hewan, Buah Durian, Peralatan listrik untuk keperluan memasak , Stimulan, Narkotika, Bubuk peledak, bahan kimia berbahaya dan senjata tanpa izin .  Selain itu tamu yang melakukan Praktek Prostitusi , perdagangan manusia, mengganggu ketertiban umum dapat dilaporkan kepihak berwajib.  Hotel berhak untuk meminta tamu meninggalkan Hotel bilamana melanggar ketentuan tersebut tanpa pengembalian pembayaran atau kompensasi apapun . Disaat Tamu sudah mendapatkan voucher atau konfirmasi pemesanan kamar , maka Tamu dianggap sudah mengetahui dan bersedia menjalankan setiap ketentuan yang diberlakukan oleh Hotel. HOTEL GUEST REGULATION : The below items are prohibited inside the hotel premises :  Animals, Durian Fruit, Electronic equipment for cooking, all sorts of Narcotics drugs-related, explosive powder, dangerous chemicals,s and any weapon/gun without a permit.  The hotel has the right to confiscate the mentioned items if found in the guest room without prior notification.  Prostitution practice and human trafficking are prohibited in the hotel.  The hotel authority has the right to ask the guest to leave the hotel premises and will not refund any room charge to the guest caused by the mentioned above violations. The guest is considered aware and acknowledges the Hotel Regulation the moment that the guest has received hotel voucher or confirmation from the hotel.
