The house keeping service was too slow

We stayed in a suite with kids aged 15&13. Kids slept on a sofa, not sofa bed. Luckily we asked for an extra bed and this was granted at no extra price. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily. The bathroom composition was not ideal. The shower head was positioned very low. There was mould around the edges of the windows. The breakfast choice was extensive. The western breakfasts were not the best but the Indonesian options were great. The staff was excellent. Attentive to everything and going out of their way to assist. Shuttle service for the beach and for the Bali Central were convenient and regular.

Novatel was lovely, clean rooms and spacious. Pool was great for the kids as it had a volleyball net and basketball ring. A short distance down the road had shops, pharmacy and good restaurants that were affordable. The kids club was great and beautiful staff who looked after the kids.

The staff were approachable, friendly and professional. Our short stay was a pleasure.

Wir sind schon sehr enttäuscht über die Unterkunft, da es in Bali mit Abstand die schlechteste war. Vorweg sehr cool ist die Pool Anlage und auch der Strand / Beach Club. Am schlimmsten ist aber die Preis Gestaltung des Hotels: man bucht und zahlt für 4 Personen - aber der Preis gilt nur für 2. will man Betten und Handtücher für 4 muss man einen Aufpreis zahlen. Preise generell sehr hoch , teils 7

Amazing stay in an apartment. Only downside was bad design of bath tub. Hard to get in and out of bath. Water went everywhere and on the floor whoch made it slippery despite shower curtain being there. Not for children, less abled or disabled. Amazing breakfast spread.

Great atmosphere, staff were amazing relaxing area

Great hotel for family with amazing breakfast buffet. Spacious room with daily housekeeping. Friendly staff and delicious bakery and coffee from pause cafe. Photo session was a great addition to our stay, keepsake of memories. The only thing lacking is a direct access to the hotel beach club.

Clean. Easy walking to restaurants. Lovely staff. Great pools. Regular free transport to beach. Close to a Bali Collection.

Especially liked the large pool. Good towel service. Wide variety of food for breakfast..

Staff were so lovely and couldn’t have helped more. Wasn’t a fan of the bath/shower as it was a bit hard to get in and out of and an old shower head.

The staff were nice but the hotel itself could do with a bit of a renovation. I had the 2bed private villa with the private pool. The bathrooms and amenities were old and outdated. Bathrooms not very clean and plumbing had some odors. When you're paying close to 6M IDR per night you'd expect alot more for the price paid.

Loved our stay

Loved the hotel! For the value for money I couldn’t fault it. We needed 3 bedrooms and I wanted our own pool in a resort. It is an older style hotel but that was part of the charnWe stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a private swimming pool and it was HUGE!! The resort pool was fabulous. Nice and big and lots of nooks and crannies to keep the kids entertained. No pool slides which tbh I enjoyed as it made the pool nice and relaxing and probably more quiet than other resorts might have been. Buffet breakfasts were amazing, the lunch at the pool & room service were great and big variety. The spa was incredible - do the 2.5 hour Spa Sampler - you won’t be disappointed. The staff were so responsive - whether it was a phone call or WhatsApp any issues or questions were addressed immediately The hotel grounds are lush and lovely The kids club had great activities and my kids picked and chose what they did but they loved going and made some great friends at kids club - my kids ages 5 & 7. My 2.5 yo also loved it but had to be accompanied with an adult/our nanny. The beach was a 2 minute shuttle ride to the beach club - the beach was fabulous and the 30 min massage I got at the beach was incredible too. The location of the hotel was great - a 5 min free shuttle to the Bali Collection (or a $5 Gojak if that was full or time didn’t suit) or a 5-10 minute walk along the road to some restaurants etc. Dinners : Nusa (incredible Italian and great for kids) & Acala Bar & Grill

Just landed after a 14 hour flight to Singapore then another 3 hours to Bali. Ideal location to recover from jet lag. The hotel wants to keep you cocooned in their environment. Nusa Dua is an enclosed environment with at least 6 up market hotels controlling the beach front and local area. I asked for a map of the local area, not available, but if you walk out the rear entrance you are immediatly in real Bali, hustle and bustle, a large choice of restaurants and blue bird cabs waiting to pick you up. Get out and explore. would also recommend GWK cultural park (n.b. there aren't any taxi ranks to get back, ask your taxi to wait, visiting time 1-2hours) and a walk along the beach (turn right when facing the sea) leads to a hindu temple on the cliff top.

The property was kids friendly, had all the amenities and was very relaxing to spend the vacation.
