Très bon accueil. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est à recommander.
C’est notre second séjour et nous en sommes très satisfait. Le service voiturier est très satisfaisant.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien et la vue sur la mer et la ville est magnifique.

Hotel is located right next to the casino and everything is easily accessible by foot. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was easy to find on the street.

The BW Nazionale is located within easy walking distance to all the attractions. We loved the room, a junior suite with balcony. Very clean and spacious. The hotel terrace offers a spectacular view of the water and city.

C’est la 3 eme fois que je viens ici particulièrement pour avoir acces au spa car il n’y en a pas bcp avec un spa sur sanremo, c’est la 3 eme fois que le spa est « fermé » pour manque de personel car ils sont en vacances… rien n’est marqué sur le site lors de la reservation ( publicite mensongeres ) de plus les toilettes n’étaient pas nettoyées et l’isolation de l’hotel un enfer on entend les gens ronfler dans la chambre juste a cote. Cette hotel ne merite pas les 4 etoiles… le seul avantage c’est qu’il est bien placé dans le centre on peut tout faire a pied mais pour le reste je deconseille ! Aucun geste commercial pour non acces au spa et surtout pas agreable a l’accueil. En forcant et en ayant un air désagréable (pour rester poli ) comme eux j’ai reussi a avoir 1 jour de petit dejeuner offert… au moins ca lol bref je deconseille ce sont des voleurs !

Pour une suite royal il y avait même pas une machine à café dans la suite j’avais demandé un très grand lit je me suis retrouvé avec deux lits

Un truc incroyable nous est arrivé. Un chien aboyait dans une chambre au dessus de nous , je suis allé à la réception et le concierge m'a dit On est au courant et les propriétaires sont au casino et nous ont dit de les appeler si le chien aboyait. Quels goujats. C'est inadmissible d'accepter cela. Les personnes à l'accueil ne sont pas agréables et si les chambres ont été refaites et sont agréables, elles sont très mal insonorisées on entend tout ce qui se passe chez le voisin.
Par contre point très positif, les personnes au petit dej sont très agréables.

Hôtel très bien situé. Le parking n'est disponible qu'aux heures correspondant à la réservation. Impossible de prolonger de qqs heures après 11h du matin, donc. Seul problème. Sinon parfait. Excellent restaurant. Rooftop pour apero et petit déjeuner.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Travelling as a family of 4. Basically 4 adults, our suite was more than spacious. The location is prime for everything you could possibly want to do in San Remo. Balcony overlooking the casino was the cherry on top.

Hyvä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla aivan kasinon vieressä. Sänky oli hivenen kova, mutta muuten ei valittamista. Lisämaksullinen (15€) aamiainen ei myöskään ollut kovin erikoinen, joten kävin yleensä ulkona kahvilassa syömässä.

Standard Rooms and bathrooms are tiny, but generally comfortable bed with a water heater for tea and small fridge. Breakfast is excellent.
