We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent. The pool team was amazing. The hotel is perfectly located—close to the city center, near the ferries, the Alibus, and the metro. There are many great restaurants along the seaside just outside. Make sure to visit Restaurant Stella ❤️ The hotel even has its own gelato bar right outside—just perfect ☺️ And the lemon cake at breakfast was delicious. I’d love to get that recipe!

Tolle Lage direkt an der Promenade. Die Innenstadt ist in 20min zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Sommer war das Schwimmbad auf dem Hoteldach eine willkommene Abkühlung. Würde wieder hier buchen!

Vi valgte hotellet, fordi der var pool område men det viste sig man Max kunne bruge pool området i 2 timer samlet set i de antal dage man have opholdet. Samtidigt skulle man reservere tid til det. Da vi så kommer til pool området, fik vi kun en stol, fordi de ikke havde liggestole. Samtdigt kunne man kun bruge poolen, såfremt man brugte badehætter.
Samtidigt skal i være opmærksom på, parkering koster 40Euro pr dag. Morgenmaden er ganske fin, og rengøringen fejler ikke noget.
Sengene er hårde, men puderne fine.

Very average amenities and food. No AC for a day. No iron. No power converters. No umbrellas. Pool was nice but small, so you had to schedule time which was difficult. Also had to schedule fitness center. If you needed something they didn't have they had very few suggestions. Great location and views.

O hotel é bom, deixa de ser ótimo por muito pouco. Os sucos todos do café da manhã são intragáveis - artificiais da pior qualidade. Também inexiste mínima variação. A localização é boa. Não deixe de pegar um quarto com vista para o mar, e curtir a varanda.

Our only complaint was that we could strongly smell cigarette smoke the entire eveningour room. Our windows were closed all day and night, but it seemed to be coming in from the vent if that's possible. We appreciated the free water, but wish the fridge could have been a bit colder. The room was huge and bathroom spacious, too. All the staff we spoke with were so friendly. The pool booking was easy and the pool area was nice.

Rigtig dejligt og luksuriøst sted. Morgenmadsbuffetten var utrolig varieret og lækker, og personalet var utrolig hjælpsom og service minded.
Eneste negative oplevelse:
Vi bestilte dette hotel udelukkende for at få et par dage med pool. Vi skiftede med 3 dage tilbage af vores ophold. Derfor var det også skuffende, at vi kun kunne bruge poolen én ud af de tre dage, når det var hele pointen med skiftet.
Man skal booke poolen 2 timer om dagen. Den var fuldt booket ved indtjekning og slet ikke åben før kl 11, så vi kunne ikke engang tage en morgendukkert før udtjekning. Man bliver først gjort opmærksom på dette efter booking. Det er enormt ærgerligt at få at vide, poolen er booket, når man kan gå forbi og se andet. Synes de bør genoverveje deres system.

The suite was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel breakfast had many different dishes and a nice seating area. The balcony in the room led to a beautiful sea view. The area around teh hotel was filled with restaurants/cafes a busy walking area next to the sea. The hotel employees were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples.

Rigtig dejligt og luksuriøst sted. Morgenmadsbuffetten var utrolig varieret og lækker, og personalet var utrolig hjælpsom og service minded.
Eneste negative oplevelse:
Vi bestilte dette hotel udelukkende for at få et par dage med pool. Vi skiftede med 3 dage tilbage af vores ophold. Derfor var det også skuffende, at vi kun kunne bruge poolen én ud af de tre dage, når det var hele pointen med skiftet.
Man skal booke poolen 2 timer om dagen. Den var fuldt booket ved indtjekning og slet ikke åben før kl 11, så vi kunne ikke engang tage en morgendukkert før udtjekning. Man bliver først gjort opmærksom på dette efter booking. Det er enormt ærgerligt at få at vide, poolen er booket, når man kan gå forbi og se andet. Synes de bør genoverveje deres system.

Problème d'accès à la piscine. Nous avons tenté de réserver à la piscine mais il était impossible de faire une une réservation à l'arrivée car trop tôt et trop tard en revenant prendre la chambre. Au retour

The suite was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel breakfast had many different dishes and a nice seating area. The balcony in the room led to a beautiful sea view. The area around teh hotel was filled with restaurants/cafes a busy walking area next to the sea. The hotel employees were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples.

Best area to stay in Naples, very convenient to go around and sightseeing by walk. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is very good, beautiful views from the breakfast room. Great service. Highly recommended. We will stay here again 🫶❤️🇮🇹 thanks
