Outstanding stay for 5 days. Very nice property. Outstanding staff that went above and beyond in taking excellent care of me. Mimi arranged for all my tours which were excellent. Laundry was done very efficiently and inexpensively. Mano cooked excellent dinners along with his 2 helpers. Jessa did a great job with security. Flora did amazing deep tissue massages. I had the most relaxing and amazing stay with the really very attentive staff. Housekeeping did a fabulous job. I plan on returning here with family.

The service was excellent from the start to end. The staff was friendly and helpful, Every needs were taken care of. The breakfast was great.

Mansion Buenavista was perfect for our family of four. Coffee and hot chocolate was over flowing, breakfast was scrumptious and delicious, close to everything you need and Noud, the owner was just a fantastic host. With his staff and crew, they treat us with all warmth and out most hospitality. Our room is very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend it. They even gave us breakfast To Go because of our early flight to our next destination in our family vacation. What a wonderful experience for our family.

Noud and Jen are the perfect hosts. I am so glad I based our booking on the reviews. Rooms and dining area are clean, food is great -- they offer free breakfast with a selection of Pinoy or American. Lunch and Dinner -- you might think is pricey but it's a huge portion and can be shared. Water, ice, Coffee and milo (hot choco) is avaliable anytime of the day. They have airport transfer for a fee. They offered early check in as well as late check out if rooms are avaliable. Because of this, we were able to maximize our stay by booking an additional tour. They also lent us dry bags so we don't have to buy. The tours they offer are also great! Compared to others, booking with them includes hotel pickup, towels/snorkels included in the fee and eco tax can be arranged by them. Everything is con convenient with them.

The owners of the property were very attentive to their guest. Their food is delicious and cheaper than eating out. The property is very clean and inside the rooms. We had a really wonderful time. I will be booking again. Thank you Naoud and Jennifer.

Great hospitality from owners and staff. Included breakfast with options of Filipino and American options. Owners helped schedule our island hopping tours and our massages. Pitchers were provided to refill with filtered water and have in our room. Having unlimited drinking water was great. Rooms were clean and simple with a beautiful view.

Todo excelente. Súper recomendable. Cómodo, limpísimo, atención inmejorable de todos los integrantes del hotel. La comida deliciosa y el desayuno abundante. Los dueños Noud y Jennifer, siempre atentos a mis necesidades como huésped, me apoyaron en todo momento. Me sentí en casa. Excellent property with very friendly, helpful and informative staff. Good location away from busy El Nido, yet walkable into town. We had a good time here; room was comfortable and to a good standard. Cleanliness was a high standard. Downstairs in breakfast area is a bit noisy when busy, but otherwise overall tremendous.

The room was great with a wonderful view and exemplary service! The food was so good that we came back to eat here after we hopped over to Coron and were on our way back home. The owner was very gracious and friendly. I messed up one of the towel swans in the pic before taking… it was perfect before I touched it.

Mansion Buena Vista ist eine sichere, saubere mit exzellente Service Leistung in einer familiäre Atmosphäre. Der Besitzer Noud wohnt vor Ort und hat uns sofort geholfen mit allem was wir für die Reise brauchten! Er hat unseren Transport nach Sabang organisiert und mein Sohn dürfte den Drucker benutzen. Das Restaurant hat excellente köstliche Gerichte frisch gekochte wie Zuhause - schmeckt aber ohne Hotelpreisen. Ein Abend haben wir hier gegessen, weil wir müde von der Tagestour zurück kamen und das war die richtige Entscheidung. Wir haben uns dort sicher (Sicherheit personell vor Ort) und Zuhause gefüllt. Empfang schnell und persönlich. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Noud und seiner Mitarbeiter für eine wunderbare Aufenthalt. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

I've never felt so welcomed and cared for at a hotel before. Noud and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, relaxed, and tended to. They will help arrange travel, laundry, and day trips. The rooms are comfy, clean, and offer a great view. The morning breakfast is excellent and there is a great lunch/dinner menu as well. I dont think I'll bother looking at other hotels the next time I return. Can't wait to visit again once the pool.is ready!!

It was such a cozy lovely stay in this family run business! The owner took care of all the small details, starting with ergonomic pillows, comfortable beds, everything made out of full wood, internet routers in every room, nets even on the smallest windows, water dispensers/coffee/tea free for consumption on every corner... The whole place (not just the room) is squeaky clean, everything smells so nicely! They helped us with all the tours & transfers on spot, spontaneously. Massages in the room were excellent. The owners are so well connected in the community, they can fix everything with a phone call in 5min. The staff is so sweet, especially Emma - they have a few rooms so they immediately get your name, preferences, schedule. It is super safe and location is excellent - if you want to do the ABCD tours, you NEED to be in El Nido town but you don't want to be in the epicenter since it's too loud. Here you get an incredible view & home atmosphere, only 5min walking to the front street next to the beach. After the tour, you can enjoy sunset over the bay and chill on your loggia. They are also building a pool now, so it will be even better next season... If there is anything we can say could be better, it's maybe a bit more light in the bathroom. We hope we can come back soon!!

The staff is so nice and friendly. The hotel owner is very nice. Hotel is close to the beach. The hotel room is clean. Good breakfast. So quiet place, relax. Highly recommended to stay

What can i say, the staff and owner at the property were amazing, they made sure we felt welcome and attended to at all times, the breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Great views from the good sized balcony, and loved watching the numerous geckos scurrying around. The staff happily organised tours and transfers for us and everything was settled smoothly on check out. There is some building work going on as they are having a pool installed, but this did not affect our stay at all, but will improve it for others when finished. The property is situated just outside of the main nightlife, so is quiet at night, but only 5-10mins walk of you want the bars and restaurants. Great stay and would highly recommend.
