The studio apartment was spotlessly clean. It was in a fantastic location, near restaurants and bars. Easily walkable around the city. Good shower and good air-conditioning. Can highly recommend.

The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Perfect location for easy walking around. The street noise can be loud and there is a rooftop bar just down the street that plays loud music late into the night so earplugs for sleeping are helpful. Otherwise we loved everything about this accommodation. Note there is no elevator in this building so make sure you can easily navigate several flights of stairs.

The accommodation was well located close to the river Port house and river. The apartment was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect and the coffee machine was a real bonus. Slight late night noise from a nearby bar, but all good after midnight. Hosts were brilliant and we got an early check in, which was perfect. View from balcony was lovely. Porto was a great place to visit.

Lưu Ý Quan Trọng

- Phí dịch vụ xe đưa đón sân bay: 30 EUR mỗi xe (một chiều, số khách tối đa 4)
- Phí dịch vụ xe đưa đón sân bay / 1 trẻ: 30 EUR (một chiều)
- Với khoản phụ phí nhỏ, khách sẽ được cung cấp dịch vụ dọn phòng
- Phí nôi (giường cho trẻ sơ sinh): 30.0 EUR mỗi lần lưu trú
Danh sách trên có thể không đầy đủ. Phí và đặt cọc có thể không bao gồm thuế và có thể thay đổi.
Bạn sẽ được yêu cầu thanh toán cho nơi lưu trú các khoản phí sau. Phí có thể bao gồm các loại thuế hiện hành:
- Đặt cọc: 400 EUR mỗi nơi lưu trú, mỗi lần lưu trú
- Thuế do thành phố quy định: 2.50 EUR mỗi người, mỗi đêm, tối đa 7 đêm. Không áp dụng thuế này với trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi.
- Phí điểm đến: 2.5 EUR mỗi người, mỗi đêm. Không áp dụng phí này với trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.
- Phí vệ sinh: 50 EUR mỗi nơi lưu trú, mỗi lần lưu trú (khác nhau tùy diện tích)
Chúng tôi đã liệt kê mọi khoản phí được nơi lưu trú cung cấp thông tin.
- Có thể thu phí thêm người với mức phí khác nhau, tùy chính sách riêng
- Có thể cần giấy tờ tùy thân hợp pháp có ảnh và cần đặt cọc bằng thẻ tín dụng, thẻ ghi nợ hoặc tiền mặt (cho các chi phí phát sinh - nếu có) khi làm thủ tục nhận phòng
- Tùy thuộc vào tình hình thực tế khi nhận phòng mà các yêu cầu đặc biệt có được đáp ứng hay không và có thể thu phụ phí. Không đảm bảo đáp ứng mọi yêu cầu đặc biệt
- Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để đặt nôi (cũi)/giường cho trẻ sơ sinh
- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng tiền mặt
- Nơi lưu trú này có không gian ngoài trời, chẳng hạn như ban công, sân hiên, sân thượng có thể không phù hợp với trẻ em. Nếu có thắc mắc, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú trước khi đến để xác nhận họ có thể sắp xếp cho bạn một phòng phù hợp.
Nơi lưu trú này có dịch vụ đón khách từ sân bay (có thể tính phụ phí). Để sử dụng dịch vụ, khách phải liên hệ nơi lưu trú qua thông tin liên hệ được cung cấp trong xác nhận đặt phòng 48 giờ trước khi đến. Nơi lưu trú này không có quầy tiếp tân. Không thể nhận phòng sau giờ làm việc tại nơi lưu trú này. Để sắp xếp nhận phòng, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú tối thiểu 48 giờ trước khi đến bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để nhận hướng dẫn nhận phòng và thông tin hộp khóa. Khách có thể vào nơi lưu trú qua cổng riêng.

f the best location, checking in can be confusing since they are studio apartments , but once you’re in you’ll appreciate the opportunity to be in the middle of the busiest part of Gaia ( Porto’s other side of the river). Great spot, will do it again in a heartbeat

Logement propre même si les éléments de la cuisine manquent un peu d'entretien. C'est un petit logement mais très bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut. L'emplacement est top, près de tout. Seul bémol, le bruit. Attention, il y a des restaurant au rdc mais surtout le roof-top de Ruiz à 50 mètres qui fait boom boom jusqu'à 0h30.

Inês, excelente localização, estrutura do apartamento completa, porém algumas ressalvas a fazer: - colchão um pouco mole e com deformações, causando desconforto para dormir. - não foi informado que o apartamento era 3° andar de escada, é no meu caso, que viajava com malas grandes, foi cruel e desgastante. - foi nos cobrada uma taxa de limpeza de 20 euros, no entanto durante a minha estadia de 4 noites, não me foi prestado nenhum serviço neste sentido.

The apartment is in a great location. We had a balcony studio and strictly speaking it is a "Juliette" balcony, so you can't sit out on it and have to stand on it to see a view of the river down a side street. The bed was comfortable and it was light and modern. We would stay again for the location alone.

Awesome stay! Not a large apartment but what i’d Expect in Europe. Very clean, comfortable bed and utilities. Organizing to meet our host was a little tricky but our host was so nice. Location couldn’t be better! Across the river from downtown Porto so it’s a little more quiet. Right down the street from all the port wine tastings!

Beautiful views close to the apartment. Comfortable bed, amenities, clean room and useful kitchenette! Had a great time staying at this location. Everything is close by, restaurants and shopping stores. We had a great experience here in Porto!
