Lưu Ý Quan Trọng
- Phí dịch vụ xe đưa đón sân bay: 30 EUR mỗi xe (một chiều, số khách tối đa 4)
- Đậu xe lân cận, phí: 11 EUR mỗi ngày (cách khoảng 150 m; mở cửa từ 8:00 đến 23:30)
- Phụ phí vật nuôi: 25 EUR mỗi nơi lưu trú, mỗi lần lưu trú
- Miễn các loại phí với vật nuôi hỗ trợ người khuyết tật
Danh sách trên có thể không đầy đủ. Phí và đặt cọc có thể không bao gồm thuế và có thể thay đổi.
Bạn sẽ được yêu cầu thanh toán cho nơi lưu trú các khoản phí sau. Phí có thể bao gồm các loại thuế hiện hành:
- Thuế do thành phố quy định: 3.00 EUR mỗi người, mỗi đêm, tối đa 7 đêm. Không áp dụng thuế này với trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.

- Chủ nhà chưa cho biết có máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide tại nơi lưu trú hay không; hãy cân nhắc mang theo máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide cầm tay
- Chủ nhà chưa cho biết có máy báo khói tại nơi lưu trú hay không
- Hệ thống an toàn tại nơi lưu trú gồm bình cứu hỏa
- Nơi lưu trú này sử dụng dịch vụ dọn vệ sinh chuyên nghiệp
Nơi lưu trú này có dịch vụ đưa đón từ sân bay (có thể áp dụng phụ phí). Khách phải liên hệ với nơi lưu trú để thông báo chi tiết thời gian đến trước khi khởi hành bằng thông tin liên hệ trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Nơi lưu trú này không có quầy tiếp tân. Để sắp xếp nhận phòng, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú tối thiểu 72 giờ trước khi đến bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Trước khi đến, khách phải hoàn thành thủ tục đăng ký trực tuyến với nơi lưu trú qua liên kết an toàn. Khách phải cung cấp cho nơi lưu trú bản sao giấy tờ tùy thân có ảnh do chính phủ cấp trước khi đến. Khách sẽ nhận được email có hướng dẫn nhận phòng và thông tin hộp khóa 72 giờ trước khi đến. Khách có thể vào nơi lưu trú qua cổng riêng.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Capella YOUROPO apartment, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! Nestled conveniently near the bustling Bolhão Market and the stunning St. Catherine Church, adorned with its iconic blue tiles, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the heart of the city.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staffs . They were incredibly helpful, providing us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay.
The apartment itself is charming and well-appointed, making it an ideal retreat after a long day of sightseeing. However, our only critique would be the sofa. While it adds to the overall aesthetic of the space, we found it a bit uncomfortable for lounging. After a day filled with exploration and walking, a cozy sofa to sink into while sipping a glass of wine and watching television would have been the perfect way to unwind.
Despite this small drawback, our stay at Capella YOUROPO was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the vibrant culture and history of the area. With its prime location, warm hospitality, and comfortable amenities, this apartment is a wonderful choice for any traveler!

Havde en aften problemer med at få de ydre persienner ned. Spurgte over Whatsapp receptionen om der var en løsning/ nødstop, som vi ikke kunne finde- og i løbet af få minutter kom Julieta og hjalp! Super service. Ligger i et livligt område lige ved Capela das Almas og Mercado do Bolhão, men det høres ikke inde i lejligheden.

Modern, clean, well laid out studio, perfectly situated in a bustling, safe neighborhood, offering all the restaurants and shops you could want. Around the corner from the Bolhao metro, which has a direct line to the airport (35 minute ride). 15-20 minute walk to Ribeira waterfront. Can be a bit noisy at night, but there are soundproof windows if you want quiet. Located on the second floor in a building with no elevator. Apartment smells a little musty, but I think that’s what you get in most older properties, even if they’re renovated. There is also the sewer smell wherever there is plumbing, but I have found this in many other European countries. Staff speaks English and bends over backwards to accommodate. Very impressive overall.

It is a very nice apartment in a busy area, close to all interesting things. You can easy reach everything by walk. The streets are noisy, but when you close the windows...totally quiet....that is perfect. For sure we will rent the apartment again.

Vi fik en anden og splinterny lejlighed uden ekstra gebyr,- Den første var også ok, men man ville gerne afprøve det nye sted. Alle vi var i kontakt med gjorde deres bedste, for at vi skulle føle os godt tilpas og trygge.

L’appartement est très bien situé, nous avons pu faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. Le lit est confortable, il y a des rangements et les personnes que nous avons au téléphone agréables. Je trouve dommage que la salle de bain ne soit pas entretenue Que ce soit au niveau de la douche et de la fenêtre mais aussi le meuble. Il manque des torchons pour essuyer. Je pense qu’une petite rénovation est nécessaire. Malgré cela nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Attention le logement est uniquement accessible à pied car situé dans la rue piétonne, un parking est accessible au centre commercial à 50 m, concernant le paiement si vous restez au moins une journée et que le prix dépasse 10 euros par jour, il vaut mieux payer à la caisse au 6 éme étage et non aux caisses automatiques. Ils ne prennent pas la CB.
