Very nice hotel with nice roof terrace and friendly staff. Shower in room was unadjustable, had to hand hold.

This is a beautiful hotel with everything you need including a pool and a delicious buffet breakfast.

What a fabulous little hotel. Location was perfect, 5 mins walk to main attractions and nothing was mire than a 10/15 min walk elsewhere. Hotel was spotless, and the rooms had everything you needed. Very helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and Seville

The hotel was beautiful from the Orange Blossom scent as you opened the doors to the wonderful rooftop patio and pool. The room was beyond expectations, I could have stayed in it for the whole stay. It was also in walking distance of all the ‘have to see sites’ of Seville. We would highly recommend staying here for your trip to Seville

Lovely rooftop facilities including pool and bar. Bar staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was large and clean although mine had no view at all. Great position and only a 3 minute walk to the cathedral

What a great hotel! Located within a few minutes stroll of El Alcazar and La Catedral in the heart of barrio Santa Cruz, there are plenty of restaurants, tapas bars, little shops and various other necessary amenities within very easy walking distance. The hotel is so well equipped, the room we had is very comfortable, spacious, cool in terms of temperature and has a brilliant bathroom. The rooftop swimming pool and terraza bar are really welcoming in the heat and there are sun loungers aplenty! Every day we were replenished with free bottled water and among the nice touches was a bottle of cava on the house in our room on our last evening. Breakfast is plentiful with fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, juices, hot food such as bacon and scrambled eggs and cheeses, jamon and artisan breads; something for everyone. Our room was tidied and cleaned immaculately each day and the staff are courteous and helpful, especially the Belgian woman who works nights on reception, whose name unfortunately we didn't ask. Overall, this hotel is excellent value for money and one of the best we have stayed in worldwide!

It was our second time in this hotel and this time it was a couple of days before our wedding. The first time we came they gave us a room without a window, we complained and they moved us to a good room with a view of the plaza. This time again, we were put in another room on the ground floor, with a tiny window, super dark. There are two parts to this hotel : the good one and the dark one.

Can’t fault this hotel, everything was so easy, we checked in early as they said our room was ready which was nice, staff all so lovely. Pool wasn’t too busy each day when we went always got a bed. Would defo come back

Fantastic location with great walkable places all over

Lovely hotel with a great location within walking distance of everything in Seville. We stayed for 8 nights and felt well taken care of from start to finish. The room (Standard Double) is quite nice and reasonably spacious, with good storage space and closet room. You can open the door to the square in front of the hotel and leave your swimwear or similar out to dry in the heat – which happens quickly (40°C in July). You can just about stand there and watch the life on the square for a bit. The bed is huge. The rooftop pool is a bit quirky, as the terrace is spread out over several levels connected by stairs. Right by the pool – which is small, about 2 by 6–8 meters – there are 8 sun loungers. If you walk around the different “levels” up there, you’ll find quite a few more, as well as a bar, chairs, tables, etc. The pool area only opens at 11:00 AM, which is a bit late. It’s more of a “chill with a drink” pool than a swimming pool – which is perfect for us. The hotel is somewhat noisy, meaning you can clearly hear if the room next door are having a bit of fun in the evening, or if housekeeping drags a chair across the floor. We received small gifts during our stay, such as a bottle of sparkling wine in the room or complimentary drinks at the bar. The staff are friendly and welcoming. All in all, a lovely hotel, and we’d love to come back.

Best hotel during my 8 week trip in Europe

Veldig koselig hotell som lå sentralt. Jeg har aldri opplevd noen som er så serviceinnstilte og virkelig tok vare på oss. Vi kommer tilbake til denne nydelige byen og dette fantastiske hotellet
