The one thing that left a mark on me was how kind and sweet and helpful. Leslie was in the breakfast area. That woman loves her job and is so extremely pleasant. She couldn’t do enough for everybody to make sure all their needs were met. Please find a way to recognize her. It’s extremely pleasant to find somebody who likes their job and enjoys helping you.

The property was convenient to the highway and well lighted. A key card was required for the elevator, providing extra security. The room was clean and comfortable at a reasonable price.

Hotel is not with the casino. No dining available at hotel. Modest coffee bar and vending machines were the only offering. Hotel needs to spend a little money in upkeep but it’s obviously slow for them. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Absolutely Disgusting – Do Not Stay Here
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy, smelled awful, and was infested with bugs. It was so bad that we turned around and left immediately—there was no way we could safely or comfortably stay even one night.
I informed the front desk immediately, and they assured me that I would receive a refund. That was a lie. Now they’re completely ignoring Expedia’s calls and refusing to cooperate to issue the refund I was promised.
This place is a scam. They know their rooms are uninhabitable and yet still take people’s money. I’m currently disputing the charge through my bank because neither the hotel nor Expedia has done the right thing. If you value cleanliness, safety, or customer service—do NOT book this hotel.
To the hotel: You need to do the right thing and contact Expedia to release my refund immediately. Stop dodging responsibility

Room was nice but they are still under Covid restrictions. They no longer offer a shuttle or continental breakfast and they restrict internet usage. As much as I paid for the room I should be able to use a gaming console or tablet on the internet if I choose to.

This hotel is advertised as the stunning place on the river which it is not. The casino is on the river & the hotel is up the hill across the street. The hotel smelled terrible, was dirty, didn’t have the option to get snacks or drinks on site. The room was worse. I have a two queen bed room. When we sat down on one of the beds it flipped up. The bed was broken. I told the check-in & they didn’t seem concerned at all. The toilet leaked water & the room smelled like mildew. The only thing that worked was the ac.

There was a woman that was yelling all night. She woke me up 4 times during the night. Someone was smoking in the elevator.
The city of Vicksburg was very run down. There was the smell of smoke and weed throughout the city.

There was pubic hair in the jacuzzi tub drain. No hot water in the shower. Smelt like old stale cigarettes. When we first checked in we had booked three jacuzzi king suites. They only had two booked even though the receipt showed three. The front desk manager told me there was nothing that could be done, until I lost my mind and then boom four jacuzzi suites became available.
The hotel isn’t even with the casino it’s across the street and their is no shuttle or transportation to and from

The website was deceiving because it is not part of the casino nor easily accessible to. It is a car drive away. The room smelled and was very run down with headboards falling off the wall. Shower leaked and sheets had cigarette burns in them. Very disappointed.
