Clean, comfortable, a lot of space

I have stayed at this property for years. But this time the air conditioner in the room wasn’t working properly, the sink plunger got stuck, and the toilet plugged a couple of times. After five nights, we were offered a room change for the last couple nights. I really appreciated the night guy for making the switch. Staff was friendly.

First and foremost, I don't recall seeing in any of their room descriptions that they didn't have balconie!!! So we got the fireworks view thinking we would be able to sit outside on a balcony and watch them.. no, we had a school, and a dirt field we got out our view. They need to update, NONE of their rooms have balconies! Because if you're not familiar with this hotel, you have no idea there's no balconies!! Upon checking in, we were given a room. And we went into our room, and it was just a terrible experience with them since. Our toilet, was broken, didn't flush. The hand soap and lotions they have screwed into the walls, were falling out of our first room, the AC sounded like it was going to fall out of the little grate it's behind. Then after our toilet clogged 3 times for just using it to go pee, this isn't right. I even told them, the exact problem why it wasn't flushing because the rubber stopper in the tank doesn't lift up, they said ok, we will come fix it. Never fixed it. They unblocked the clog, and left! After it happened again, I went to change rooms. Because my daughter was petrified to even use to bathroom! Now we've changed rooms. Not one time did housekeeping come and clean our room when we left, and our ONLY sign we had was, sleeping in. So at night or any other times we didn't need them, we left the sleeping in sign on. When we needed housekeeping, we took it off before going out for the day, and never came once. I WOULD WRITE PLENTY MORE! LIMIT EXCEEDED!

Front desk staff was amazing

Breakfast buffet is nice but the griddle spray they use to keep the eggs from sticking has a bad aftertaste.

Decently clean and spacious room. Parking fee should be included in room rate; $25 per night is a bit high for an open public parking lot that’s shared with other surrounding businesses.

Everything was really good the whole stay with our room. The only downfall was how hot and humid it is in the lobby. It’s our hang out spot every time we go, so it’d be nice if it was more comfortable for the price you pay to stay here. Food was good, bartenders were really nice and friendly, AC worked well in the rooms, beds comfortable and everything appeared clean.

Overall this embassy suites was ok. My hubby and two kids stayed 4 nights and did not receive room service to provide towels, sheets etc. We had to call the front desk for things like toilet tissue and had to leave our trash at our front door to be picked up. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but so busy! Not sure if we visited at a busy time and the hotel had a difficult time accommodating the amount of guest. A pro was how close the hotel was to Disneyland.

This will always be my go to hotel whenever I visit the area. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is great. My only dislike is the parking spots seem a little too small. My car was dinged on one side but that's no fault of the hotel. I just think, whenever the parking lot gets the striping redone, consider making the spots a few inches wider. I witnessed a few people unable to park because it was too tight of a fit. Other than that, the experience was great.

Loved the complimentary breakfast!!! Pool access was perfect! Parking was available, however all spaces were very tight. The suite we stayed in was perfectly comfortable!! Overall great stay!!

Very disappointed

A lot of restaurants nearby the hotel. Bed are fine, daily cleaning. Hotel staff are very helpful and nice. Breakfast not many choices and very crowded.

Único malo el desayuno termina 9:30 pero quitan la mitad de la comida antes como 9am y eso hace que el desayuno sea mucho más tardado e ineficiente

Good breakfast and clean rooms

Parking was a challenge. 3 hotels within steps of separation was a challenge. However it was safe and it balances out. Very clean room. Breakfast was average but kitchen staff extremely friendly. My only complain was the bed was extremely old and ranked very low in comfort. Worse part is that o reported the issue with a manager and nothing was done about it. It was 5 challenging nights.

It is a very nice, clean property. Close to Disney, and Anaheim Garden Walk.
