Flamingo Premium Lan Ha Bay Resort

A deposit must be made at the time of check-in to provide guarantee for any additional Service Requests made at the Hotel and/or any other damages done by the Guests (if any) to the Hotel during the period of stay. The deposit will be refunded by Flamingo at the time of check-out if the service is not used and/or there is no damage caused to the Hotel. The deposit is VND 1,000,000 per unit of room per night, can be made in cash, bank card or credit card. Flamingo reserves the right to refuse to provide the service if the customer does not pay the deposit as stated above.

Children policy : Children 0-6 years old stay free of charge using existing bed, maximum 1 child per 1 room.
Children 2-6 years old will be charged VND 200,00 for breakfast using existing bedding.
Children 6-11 years old will be charged VND 400,000 for breakfast using existing bedding.
Children from from 12 years old and above, staying in existing bedding, additional charge VND 600,000 with breakfast.
Children from 12 years old and above with additional charge VND 800,000 for extrabed or sofa bed.
Extrabed Policy : VND 800,000 per person, per night
