We always choose this location when we're in town. I feel very comfortable here.

Everything was great, except the bed was a little to soft for us. Very centrally located so convenient for getting places.

I requested a handicap room but received one with whirlpool tub that did not work. I had to have assistance to get in and out of that tub ànd it was dangerous.

Easy drive to the amphitheater, rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok. Good for just basic stay a night or 2. Would stay again.

We did not make it to our reservation yet, I got a call saying they were wanting to clean my room and my luggage was left in it. I called and spoke to the manager and asked how in the world somebody checked in, under my name? What ID was given at check in and what Credit Card? I was very concerned. The manager had no answers. How in the world was it possible for somebody to check in to this hotel with MY name?? I asked what their check in procedures were. He said they always ask for ID. So, my question remains, how did this happen? He said he was going to look into it and get back to me. Shock…he never did. I would NEVER do business here, again. Something is lacking, for sure.

The staff were nice and helpful. But the building was not in great shape: older, stained carpets; outdated rooms; it gives the impression "I wonder if this place is clean?" It's in an inconvenient location that requires a U-turn to enter from one direction on a major road. And there are annoyingly bright lights in the parking lot that face the building's windows and not down into the lot, where they would be more helpful.
