Good one night stay while traveling. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. Lots of restaurant options close by. Priced below quality level the night we stayed.

Check in was easy.

We checked in later at night. The front desk was super friendly. We had our dog and the were super nice about the dog. Large bathroom, clean room.

I was there for business, so I did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. Bed and pillows were great, and I slept very. well. Nice and quiet with ample parking. I would certainly stay there again.

There was plenty of room and overall pretty clean. The sofa in the room was kinda gross looking though, we avoided sitting on it. Service was good.

Hotel was clean with friendly & accommodating staff. Hotel was quiet from outside activity & inside activity. Close to Cracker Barrel & easy road access. Breakfast was good with choices for you. Hotel coffee machine not the greatest but was okay. Hotel elevator needed work as components had fallen off. Older hotel but well maintained. Hotel rooms were maintained on a daily basis which was MUCH APPRECIATED. Would stay there again.

Clean and roomy. Staff & service are kind and helpful. Location is convenient. Breakfast was OK, but not many selections.

Very basic

The room was nice and bed was very comfortable. The room was what I expected based off of the website. The elevator made noises that worried me and so I took the stairs after that. I was under impressed by the shared spaces, but as I said the room at expectations and that’s really what I’m paying for.

Shower was in terrible condition with the handle not operating properly. Towels were removed after our first night and not replaced. Staff were not friendly. Gym was tiny and very outdated with the limited equipment not operating properly. Would not stay here again.

In general it was a really good stay. I cannot recall anything I did not like.

Frustrating check-in after completing on-line. No drinking water available after work out. Nice, clean room.

It was terrible the beds were dirty and so were the sheets there was no toilet paper and the toilet didn’t even work I def want a refund

The overall room stay was great. The room was clean and completely updated. Very quiet hotel. However when I left I stopped at the desk to discussed my bill and end up getting the cops called on me because the owner didn’t want to explain why I was charged twice for incidentals. When I booked through a third party, it stated that I had to paid $100 deposit and I did so with no problem and I had to pay the remainder upon arrival. Once again, no problem. When I arrived, I was charged the full amount of room plus an additional $100. I didn’t ask questions at the time because I wanted to see what will happen at checkout. Come checkout day, I go to the desk and ask about my bill. The young lady didn’t understand why I was charge twice and called the owner. The owner tells me that they only charged once. I displayed my receipt to him and went over the breakdown all while he was trying to stop me from talking. He then went back over the printed receipt from the hotel and told me I was wrong and wasn’t understanding what he was telling me. I completely understood HOWEVER he refused to even listen to what I was saying. He then became angry and stated that he was calling the police and I allowed because he refused to explain why I was charged twice. It the police over fifteen minutes to arrive and I didn’t have time to keep waiting because I had a schedule to keep. I informed the owner that I will be calling corporate to report him and his business practices.
