We had a wonderful time. Located perfectly, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the boat tour. Staff was friendly and hotel clean. Would stay here again.

Excellent location and staff was awesome

I feel this property need a big over hall, it appears they did a slight remodel, with flooring and cabinetry which was ok, but the shower stall, just ok at best. the bed was noisy and not to comfy, the pillows were not good. Also I feel a walkway to the sidewalk out front should be installed, it is kind of unsafe. Now you need to walk through the parking lot drive way to get to village side walk. Other than that, the place was clean, staff was friendly and we enjoyed ourselves. Great location

Great local and view. We were on the 1st floor and it was noisy and a little musty.

Great stay

This property is a fantastic choice when visiting Lake Geneva. Some rooms offer beautiful lake views, and the location is ideal—just steps from dining, shopping, and the waterfront. The recent updates give it a fresh feel, and the amenities are thoughtfully designed for both short visits and extended stays. I’ll definitely be returning for another stay.

Our stay at Harbor Shores went smoothly Was clean, staff was great and had everything we needed.

Every time we stay at Harbor Shores we love it because we park the car and then everything for our stay is with in walking distance . So we don’t use the car again until our stay is done. Great restaurants in the area !!! Oak fire is my favorite food and drinks out of this world

Love the location of the hotel to the lake. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice. Beds were a bit below average. Overall good stay
