En una habitación que se promociona para 3 personas - el cobro extra es excesivo! $ 350.000 Cop x Cada Noche (75 dls aprox) le suplico identifiquen eso en las plataformas - hoteles | ya que la otra estadía que estuve como en el hotel de al lado me cobraron $15. Sin punto de comparación en cuanto a calidad de hotel. Otra cosa, hubo problemas de electricidad en el centro y ya que no tiene planta de luz, se fue el aire acondicionado desde la madrugada y un caloron! Poca agua para bañarte y nada de aires acondicionados, y/o luz, internet. etc.. No tiene elevador - solo escaleras | el 2do día goteo en madrugada en nuestro cuarto el airea condicionado. Lo que puedo resalta a favor es que es un súper servido! El desayuno delicioso! Y muy bien ubicado

Beautiful Boutique Hotel – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing, with beautiful views that we enjoyed from our room. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was spotless and cleaned twice daily, which made it feel extra luxurious. I also loved the high-quality L’Occitane toiletries — a really nice touch that added to the boutique feel. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We would definitely return!

We could not have asked for a better location to stay in Cartagena in the Old City. The hotel was constructed in the 1500’s. Beautiful beamed ceilings and marble floors. The room was very comfortable. Small bistro tables on the terrace overlooking all the activities on the street in the evenings. So many restaurants to choose from. Definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent service and location

Rigtig fin modtagelse. Dog var vores værelse meget mindre end forventet, og vurderer ikke at det var 20 kvm stort som beskrevet. Meget renligt. Rigtig lækkert poolområde med mulighed for at bestille drikkevarer og snacks. Meget rene faciliteter. God beliggenhed midt i Cartagenas gamle bydel.

This could not had been a more cozy, warm, and lovely experience. The hotel was a great choice. Clean, Rustic, and the breakfast and service was top notch. Would pay more to stay here!!!!

This was a lovely central Cartagena hotel. The living room is grand and the breakfast is delicious. The plunge pool was very welcome in the heat and the seating area on the roof was never crowded. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel’s location is excellent as you can walk anywhere and there are several excellent restaurants nearby. It’s in a very good condition, there’s an air conditioning and a separate ceiling fan. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff is very friendly. The old town can be pretty busy at all times, but our room 401 was very quiet.

This is a beautiful hotel, right in the mix, walkable to everything. Great service, wonderful breakfast. Would stay again

Beautiful boutique hotel in a restored colonial home in the heart of the walled city. The moment you arrive you are treated by the amazingly attentive staff to a lovely welcome drink. The public areas of the hotel are absolutely stunning. The breakfast is included and is delicious choice between American and Colombian breakfast along with fresh tropical fruit and freshly squeezed juices. Our room a smaller than we expected, especially the bathroom (there was no counter space for our toiletries). The view out the window was gorgeous. One suggestion I have for the hotel is put some music by the rooftop pool to improve the vibe.

La mejor hubo ubicación de Cartagena, cada lugar te queda a 7 min, el hotel está justo en el centro. La atención es insuperables. El hotel y los cuartos son hermosos y acogedores la verdad es más que recomendado !el área de la piscina es bien hermosa y los balcones son de infarto ( en buen sentido)

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the Walled City, close to attractions and restaurants. The room was lovely, the breakfast tasty. The hotel doesn't have an elevator but they carry your bags so that worked for us. Staff was helpful.
