This Motel 6 is always great!!

I've been to 4 or 5 Motel 6's in the last few years, because they allow my dog for free, and overall consistency and low cost. Some were not so good. This one is by far the best. I felt surrounded by fellow animal lovers.

I liked how quiet the property was and how friendly the staff were!

I liked the dinner next door and that there was a starbucks next door

The hotel room smelt like mildew, the bedding had black hair and smelt of onions, and the shower had clumps of hair. We changed rooms and there was mens shaved facial hair in the sink, and hair in the tub and smelt like wet dog. Changed rooms again, it was a little nicer but still smelled really bad. I complained to the office and asked to speak to the manager but she didn't come out to speak to me she was "too busy" and made the younger girl speak yo us. Would not offer a refund when I asked they said they could only if we checked out early for the one day. We had nowhere else to go so we had to stay one last night. It was a short weekend trip. Dont waste your money. The staff is just as bad. I took pictures of all the hair everywhere but it wont let me post the pictures here.

Yeah no I wouldn’t know anything abt this place bc they wouldn’t let me stay because I was “late” but I’m still sure it sucks

There were a few: * The room was not well prepared. The shower head was old and the water was flying out everywhere wetting the whole bathroom floor. The bathroom door was stuck and could not be closed. After talking to the front desk clerk, it was fixed. The door still could not shut all the way. There was no shampoo, lotion, no hair dryer, only a little soap. You can ask for a hair dryer from the front office. The surrounding neighbors were loud which made it hard to get some decent rest. There was also individual in the middle of the night knocking at various front door and swearing people off. This was quite scary because it went on for more than an hour. I also did not like that they took separate $50 deposit for each room and not per reservation. I did not have this issue with any previous places that I have stayed at until here. The bed was alright and the AC works great. Overall, it was doable. Yet, dealing with everything else; this would be a budget wise stay for someone who does not mind with some of the hassle.

It was a pretty good place to stay! Area seemed pretty calm and quiet, and its right off the freeway so its very convenient. It's seems to be in a central location because there's a lot of food places close by. It's about a 15-20 min drive to Knott's, and its pretty uncomplicated and straightforward. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and included a microwave and fridge. The staff are nice and friendly. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely be staying here again.

For the price it was a good deal, it is an older motel and the ac was a little loud, but worked great.
