Great little place- we had 3 rooms amongst our group all were great and equipped with everything we needed and then some. They thought of many great extras. Loved the chilled Brita water in the fridge

Our stay was amazing. Frank gave us a lovely walk-through of the property and shared some tips for the area. We highly recommend this guest inn, especially the Zen Suite with its dedicated patio.

Meranova was a great place to stay in downtown Dunedin. The room and property were well maintained, clean and comfortable. We lived spending time at the small pool on property. It’s also centrally located in downtown Dunedin and walkable to food, bars and shopping. We have stayed here before and we will definitely be staying again.

Meranova Guest Inn is exceptionally clean & they are very accommodating to your needs. Quick responses to questions etc. Our apt was very well equipped with everything you would need….well thought out. Very comfortable bed. Everything was wonderful.

So cute, quaint and accommodating. Bed was comfy, kitchenette had everything needed and porch seating in the garden had a sweet bunny rabbit greet me every evening. We bought our bikes and able to go anywhere - no need to drive!

Far exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I are locals that wanted a little weekend getaway. We really enjoyed our stay at Meranova Inn. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The pool was peaceful, private and refreshing. Location was perfect to walk around and explore the shops and restaurants as well as the weekly market! Highly recommend!

Perfect location! We walked to all the breweries, ate at many great restaurants, shopped, and listened to an abundance of live music.

This place was amazing. Can't wait to come back! It is right next to downtown. You are able to walk to dinner, to the bike path, walk to breweries, water. We did not have time to go in the pool- hours dawn to dusk (wish it was open later). Super cute. Thankful for the mosquito spray- needed on the balcony.

We would definitely return to the Meranova!

Oh how we LOVED our stay here!! Courtyard was fabulous as was pool!! King-sized bed was very comfortable!! Welcome basket was a lovely touch!! Located in the heart of the charming “village” of downtown Dunedin … quaint shops, restaurants, bike rentals and miles long trail, marina and within a very few miles of Clearwater beach, Honeymoon Island and the Greek shops/marina in Tarpon Springs!!! We discovered a treasure in this inn and will definitely recommend it to all!! (P/s .. use of beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler were blessings!!) Thank you to everyone who make Meranova such a charming destination!! We absolutely loved our 10-day stay here!!

This place is perfect for a great couples get away. Dunedin is a wonderful little community I call home. I go back to visit when possible.

I loved this place!!! Will be returning next spring break!! Excellent location. You can walk everywhere. The units have everything you need and it has a great pool!!!
