The place is nice, the service is poor

we were in town for a friend's wedding. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Nice Southern plantation style with large rooms if you stay in the Mansion. Their cleaning staff quit the weekend we were there and the front desk clerk was trying very hard to make sure guests at the front desk were taken care of while also trying to clean the rooms. She was still very pleasant to the guests, in spite of the bad situation.

Great owners and staff. beautiful location especially if you want to stay near to Tifton or Valdosta. comfortable rooms good prices.

This location is amazing .So quiet..We went to the restaurant at night and it was pretty good.The room was spacious .

Lovely, clean room...very comfortable bed. The restaurant was very nicely decorated, with a lot of attention to detail. The meal my sister and I had was absolutely delicious!

This place is not very busy, so it's pretty peaceful. I stayed in the big building and could hear the party below me but they shut that down at ten. The room was large, the bed was comfortable. The shower was large but the water pressure not so great. I picked this as it's not a chain and they have food/drink on site. The bartender was awesome, and everyone was super friendly. The food was good. The driving range is around back and you can play golf with carts right in front. They do have one set of loaner clubs. Not busy at all so play as slow as you want. I'm really glad I stayed here.

The owner was very cordial and the service staff excelled at our dinner. I highly recommend this resort for anyone needing a safe and happy experience.

The best hotel in the middle of nowhere. Location is so serene and quiet. Close to Alma or Douglas (30-40min to Douglas), but you will need your own transport. Room is nice and clean. Service is excellent.

We very much Enjoyed our stay. The hospitality from the owners was great and service from the waitresses and bartenders were friendly and attentive. The whiskey chicken Dish at the restaurant is excellent.

Nice, cute, clean, comfortable and fun! We stayed one night traveling to pick up a utility trailer in Georgia! The couple who own this place are sweethearts! They work extremely hard to make sure everything is enjoyable! If we ever get that way again we would definitely stay and feel very at home!

It was a lovely place to stay, quiet. Room was very clean. Huge shower which my wife loved. Only downside was there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Beds were a bit hard, but overall a very wonderful place to stay. We met the owners and they are very nice people, who care about there guest. Will definitely stay again if we are down that way again. The main house has a old southern charm about it. Beautiful place overall.

The bed was awesome! The only thing is that it did not come with a little refrig or a microwave. They had an ice bucket and a small coffee pot. The room was clean. Oh and the pool is not in the immediate vicinity. We were only there for one night.
