Staff fantastic, location good.

The staff were very friendly and attended to all needs. It was a very pleasant process. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. A great option for those getting accustomed to Accra.

Nice place. They need to have soap for laundry and coffee / a few things for comfort but beautiful place.

I booked this property because of its proximity to the airport. My flight that day was cancelled and I needed to extend my stay in Accra by one day. My host, Derrick, was professional, friendly, patient, and well organized. He helped to make the extra day, extra special and stress free. The property itself was immaculate and I found the staff to be professional, responsive, and knowledgable. My one bedroom unit was bright, tidy, and expertly decorated/appointed: The blackout curtains were a very nice touch. In addition, I found myself within walking distance of a well stocked grocery store and plenty of street-side and restaurant dining choices. I will definitely seek to stay at this property again given the chance.

Beautiful property, comfy room with all the appliances needed. Well maintained apartment with beautiful view to the garden . My host was very responsive, check in was smooth and so was check out . Will stay here again

When I arrived at the property, I thought it was beautiful. The first issue was that no one told us to check in early, which required a half-day fee. Upon check in the room had several issues: 1. The bed was broken 2. Not fully outfitted with cookware 3. Broken cooking items 4. Dirty Towel (that's why we never used them). The biggest turn off from this apartment stay was the CLEANING STAFF! First, we were asked every single day what time we wanted service, and we would say the same time every day! However, they would still come at times we did not ask for and was working in the apartment. (annoying). On top of that, one day they came at a time that we didn't ask and told us they would have to leave because they couldn't return. (Can you imagine!). On top of that, we constantly asked for toiletries to the point where I purchased my own. With what is paid for this apartment, these concerns shouldn't be concerns. I thoroughly enjoyed my check with agents Ruth and Kelvin.

I had high hopes for this stay, however, it wasn't what I expected. The property itself is great; there is no issue there. Our agents, Ruth and Kelvin, were also excellent. However, the actual service provided for cleaning the apartment each day is horrible. The communication is a mess. We found ourselves repeating the same thing almost every day. The booking says toiletries are provided, however, that doesn't seem true. We actually went to buy toilet paper for ourselves. The ONLY reason they started doing the right thing is because we called to complain. What we paid to stay at this location, we shouldn't have to call. Nothing should have to be requested. It seems very chaotic. A/C started leaking in the apartment as well. They did come out to check it. I do like how Jessica tried to resolve our concerns.

Good gym. Great pool. Close to airport. Flat in good conditions and spacious. With a small shop in front of the building to buy what you need.

Good points, modern and well kept accommodation, nice staff, good sized room, kitchenette is very sufficient. Our "host" Derrick was lovely. Bad points: I hate to be this person but i will be honest. Do not book airport transfer through the hotel, on arrival to Ghana the transfer team were great. Therefore we booked the return to the airport with them. Worst mistake ever. The airport transfer was 40 minutes late and the explanation was terrible and insufficient. In fact we were lied to multiple times by Jessica who then left without saying a word. The house keeping is atrocious, they do not change bins or give toilet roll unless you request it multiple times. They do not clean well at all. The receptionists actually have no purpose. Don't ask them anything because they know nothing. Its a shame, i hate giving bad reviews but i just had to be honest.

Replace the bed sheet, towels, and couch. It’s dingy and clearly is showing over use of it.

This location is Beautiful, and very close to the airport. The listing is a bit misleading, they only offer pickup from the airport

Had a great experience. The host Derrick was responsive to our inquiries and needs, at the same time, addressing all concerns as they present itself. It was commutable to the airport and other local spots we visited. I’ll recommend to other guest.
