First of all, the owner is very responsive and helpful.
Second, the room is clean, smells nice, and very comfortable.
Third, it's easy to find food.

Overall, the hotel was great, with the very friendly and helpful staffs. Our rooms were very clean and comfort. Also the foods and other facilities as well. One thing that I love the most is the location, which near to go to many public facilities in this city. Thank you, Dafam :)

Cleanroom, good health protocol, clean swimming pool, a wide range of breakfast variety and delicious too but I think my favorite beef sausage was no longer served. That's OK though. Top-notch food. The car park is located in a building behind the hotel, quite far but you can ask for a free valet. Attentive staff like Andika, imam the security guy, well so many I can't write it down here. You guys are awesome! This hotel is highly recommended for sure!

Pengalaman menginap yang paling menyenangkan, serasa senyaman rumah sendiri, kebersihannya oke banget, pegawai semuanya ramah, handuk bersih, kamar mandi bersih, selalu balik ke sini setiap kali ke Surabaya. The best dan rekomendasikan deh.
