I am staying at this apartment due to preparation for my nephew's study.
First of all, the owner is very responsive and helpful.
Second, the room is clean, smells nice, and very comfortable.
Third, it's easy to find food.
My family and I definitely will stay at this apartment again when we come back to Surabaya.

Shocking by booked this property. I'm not expected that it will be this horrible. Check in was manual writing in booked, no have proper reception table, it was just Warung Padang table. Bed sheet looks old, no blanket, washroom sharing but not sure about cleanliness because I just check in and left this property after 10 min and the owner not even return a single money aftee I cancel. Well it 's my mistake because it 's written non-refundable but hey humanity exist, how you can take charges for the customer who not even use your service. I don't recommend you to try this property.

服务不错，但似乎过于严格和谨慎。每个房间都贴着规则（就像需要提醒孩子一样），有关门时间，不得超过晚上10点；如果在宿舍睡觉，请勿发出任何声音；必须始终关闭房门；浴室地板不得潮湿；房间灯短暂开启后必须立即关闭（用于整理物品）。对于情侣来说，最好选择单独的房间。这看起来像是一个被改造成民宿的家庭住宅，垃圾桶只能在屋外使用。房间里堆满了东西/家具。如果您只住一天，这足够了，但对于度假的人来说，请三思，因为规则太多了。虽然地理位置优越，去哪儿都很近，但服务可能更注重尊重和优先考虑客人。
