酒店员工非常友好热情，乐于助人，允许提前寄存行李和退房。房间干净整洁，周边环境也很好。酒店靠近地铁站和武吉士购物中心，步行即可到达。我曾多次入住这家酒店，每次都很满意。

我到达时（大约下午 2 点）房间已经准备好了。根据酒店政策，我向前台存了 100 美元现金（也可以使用信用卡）。我喜欢这个房间，它还配有浴缸！房间很干净，没有任何问题。客厅里有一个 Sound bar，可以连接蓝牙播放音乐，两台电视都有有线电视（没有连接 Netflix）。喜欢巨大的冰箱和免费的咖啡胶囊和咖啡机 :-) 我必须说，到处都有很多墙上插座，不必担心没有足够的插槽放置您的设备！卧室电视晚上突然不工作了（大约凌晨 12:30），但打电话给前台，技术人员迅速更换了电视（大约耗时 15 分钟）。对于屋顶游泳池，需要在办理入住手续时预订时段。需要在时段开始时去大堂领取钥匙卡，并在时段结束时归还。毛巾在电梯左侧。屋顶泳池的景色很美（我觉得夜景会更好！）酒店位置很好。楼下就有7-11便利店，方便您吃夜宵或喝点东西。马路对面就是哈芝巷，那里有几家漂亮的咖啡馆。酒店周围有很多值得探索的地方。相信新达城距离酒店也只有10-15分钟的步行路程。总体来说，入住体验很棒，期待再次入住！会持续关注酒店的最新促销活动！
