KOI 度假村及住宅岘港
⭐️⭐️ 令人失望的住宿体验——外观漂亮，但缺乏实用舒适
我在岘港锦鲤度假村住了一晚，遗憾的是，整体体验并不愉快。对我来说，最大的问题是房间灯光——光线太暗，而且布置得不太实用。对于对灯光敏感的客人来说，这种布置会非常不舒服，甚至会让人眼睛疲劳。合适的灯光应该是任何酒店客房的基本要求。
房间本身干净整洁，但浴缸的位置却毫无意义。虽然我理解他们想让空间感觉更奢华，但浴缸的位置很尴尬，水龙头的位置也很不方便，使用起来很不方便。
我们在泳池边点了一份小吃——炸鱼薯条——却惊讶地发现里面全是小鱼刺。这道菜经常被孩子们点，以这种方式上菜显然缺乏厨房的用心和用心。那天晚上晚些时候，我们点了两碗顺化面，味道真的糟透了。我甚至都分辨不出是不是越南厨师做的——它的味道更像是俄罗斯的方便面，而不是正宗的越南菜。
值得庆幸的是，室外游泳池和二楼的工作人员都很友好热情。对于一家存在如此问题的酒店来说，他们的培训水平似乎比预期的要好。
总的来说，这家度假村表面上看起来不错，但在实际的舒适度、食物质量和周到的服务方面却不尽如人意。充其量只能算得上是一次二星级的体验。

I was expecting more from a US branded hotel not all the amenity 's where open they need to place on the website what restaurants are open when we arrived only one of the 3 restaurants where open.
