Kesan pertama menginap di sini sangat menyenangkan, staff hotel sangat ramah, pelayanan sangat menyenangkan, saya menginap di Leopard yang berada di belakang tapi mobil feeder setiap saat selalu ada untuk memfasilitasi tamu keluar masuk ke mana pun pergi, karena hotel ini sangat luas areanya. Fasilitas mini zoo juga bagus dan bersih, tempat bermain seperti kolam renang sangat baik dan sempat dibagikan gelembung sabun di kolam oleh staf kolam renang untuk menghibur anak-anak. Terima kasih Royal Safari Hotel, sangat berkesan liburan keluarga di sini, sangat kids friendly.

I'm very happy to have chosen this accommodation with my family because this accommodation is very family friendly. Starting from our request for early check-in and they allowed it without any additional charges. The staff were also very kind to us. I even asked for additional decorations in the room for my mother's birthday, and they were very good at serving us according to my request. There are also many parks and playgrounds for children. The room amenities were also very satisfying. It's understandable that this place has such a good rating, as the rooms are indeed identical to those described in the hotel. They even have more complete amenities when viewing directly compared to what is in the app. May this hotel always be successful, and always provide the best service.
