Honestly, it is neither awesome nor unsatisfying. The guest room was a bit dingy. The bed cover, bed sheet and pillow covers had too much stains on it to not feel a bit disgusted upon seeing it. The table where they put the coffee and tea making tools was not well cleaned (had ants running around the table). All in all, the guest room was definitely in need of a better maintenance. Hopefully, business will get better soon so that the hotel management can provide better maintenance. On the bright side, the location was definitely strategic; The area offers a lot of choices for foods! If you're taking public transportation to get to the hotel, it is located within walking distance from MRT blok m bca and Blok m bus Terminal (definitely easy to get there!). The room price for one night without breakfast was pretty cheap, considering it 's Jakarta. AC and hot water also worked well (please bring your own toiletries as it is not provided by the hotel). The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, I don't mind coming back again.

The room is clean. They have refrigerator for superior room. It's very comfort to stay here. Near shopping mall and many food choices.

The location is great, close to the mosque and restaurants. Coffee with its machine is available morning and afternoon. Have 2 pillows for everyone. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful.

Sangat menyenangkan. Fasilitas kamar sangat oke. Sarapan enak-enak. Pelayanan dari karyawan juga sangat baik. I never liked neoclassical-styled hotels to be honest, but I can say this hotel is beyond expectation. The room was clean and spacious with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, too. Located right in the heart of Blok M, this hotel is the best one to choose for city-travel, staycation, etc.

Staff Assistance: The staff were helpful and professional. They provided clear directions to nearby meeting spots and arranged transportation smoothly when needed. Highlights: I loved how convenient it was to move between work and leisure—morning meetings, afternoon coffee breaks, and an evening stroll around Blok M, all without long travel times. Price: Great value for a short business stay. It offered everything I needed without unnecessary extras, which makes it efficient and cost-friendly. well, the room was nice, all the compliment was fine. maybe because of the pandemic, the breakfast only bread, not toast with the filling requested. and it was served to the room. quite near with the street food, because it is near the bus & train station maybe. the security and the staff was nice also. thank you.
