雀客旅馆台北信义
The hotel overall can be considered for stay as I like the location and I would like to provide some points for improvement.
- The location is perfectly good, a few steps away from 101.
- I booked the room with breakfast but instead, I got the meals from Louisa and it’s out of expectation ever since I was looking for a normal meal with vegetables.
- the soundproof is extremely bad. I can hear the sound of other rooms if they talk loud enough and whenever there’re someone opens or locks the door, I felt like they were about to enter my room.
- the hot water is somehow functioning not well. It turned to cold suddenly and need to manually adjust.
- The check-in staff is not that friendly, but I don’t mind this much.

Location close to MRT station, but breakfast vegetarian which the same menu every day, room clean but in the room still can hear the noise from the other room.

尊敬的台北联合大酒店管理处：
我写信是为了表达我最近在贵酒店住宿的失望之情。
我带着儿子经历了4.5小时的长途飞行，于早上8:30左右抵达酒店。我询问是否可以提前入住，但被告知需要支付半天的费用。由于这不太理想，我决定在大堂等到正常的入住时间（大约中午12点至下午1点）。
我儿子非常疲倦，也有些困倦，所以在我们等待的时候，他在沙发上躺了一会儿。他的脚很干净（没穿鞋袜）。大约30分钟后，一位工作人员过来告诉我们，我儿子不能躺下。我解释了情况，他说他会尽力想办法，但同时要求我儿子只能坐在沙发上。
尽管我儿子很累，但他还是按照指示坐了起来。然而，之后没有人跟进或提供任何帮助。我们最终在上午10:30左右离开酒店，去其他地方等候。
我注意到，在那位工作人员走近我们之前，一位年纪较大的男工作人员（可能是经理）一直走过来，怒目而视，仿佛我们做错了什么似的。他的行为让人感觉像是在评判我们，让我们感觉很不受欢迎。
这不符合我对一家自称四星级酒店的服务水平的期望。我住过很多四星或更高级别的酒店，大多数酒店都更加热情周到，尤其是对带孩子的客人。
我希望你们的团队能够反思这次经历，在未来为家庭提供更好的支持和理解。如果能多一些同理心，情况会大有改观。
