Excelente hotel, ótima localização e estacionamento! Atendimento excepcional! Somente o café(somente o café mesmo) deixou a desejar, muito fraco e frio! Poderia ser um café expresso!

The room was nice however, the bathroom very small. The unfortunate part of our stay was the noise ie: ROOSTERS during the night that made it difficult to get a goods night sleep. Hotel staff was very helpful.

The hotel offers a sufficient and clean room for a short stay of one night. The bed was comfortable, the internet connection worked well, and the free parking was definitely a plus. However, there were also several disappointing aspects. The toilet paper was of very poor quality, more like napkin paper, and the double bed only had one shared blanket for two people. Breakfast was very basic and could be improved significantly. The coffee was not good, and the overly sweet artificial juice from a carton was disappointing. The fruit selection was mixed — some pieces were fresh, while others were already old.

Nice Hotel in the heart of the old town of Berat. Near the castle, but an uphill walk for all of it. Lots of nearby restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

Yes, Internet was ok. Staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel was in a very old and nice looking building, but there was no lift, With luggages can be a challenge, but staff can help and also you can expect building of this age to have lifts. Breakfast was good, a combination of continental breakfast and traditional cuisine.

A great location in the old town Berat, with a nice outside patio looking out over the old town which was a great sun spot for coffee in the morning. Rooms are comfortable, not luxurious. If you want to stay in a traditional ottoman style building this is a great choice. There are a choice of bars and restaurants within few minutes walk. The hotel offered a traditional menu.

A beautiful hotel, well located, amazing breakfast, and friendly staff. There's lots of choices in Berat but I recommend this one!

The hotel was very nice, beautifully decorated and neat. The breakfast was a bit confusing since they didn’t give any portions and you knew the dishes only after they served them to the table. But overall experience very nice though.

The location of the hotel is perfect and close to Berat castle. The hotel is beautiful with authentic Albanian architectural style preserved in the smallest details. The staff is very polite, friendly and professional. The breakfast was great and there are multiple restaurants and dining options nearby the hotel. Excellent service and staff and amazing traditional property. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a one night stay at Hotel Onufri, location was excellent, close to everything, beautiful views from the Terrace. Private parking was invaluable as the Hotel is very near to the Castle which gets very busy. Staff very helpful and Hotel very clean, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic hotel with the kindest staff. The location was perfect. The room is clean and the windows were huge! We were awoken to birds chirping in the morning and were surprised to learn they were pet birds kept in cages below our window. Great hotel with easy parking, easy walking distance to the castle. Breakfast is great too.
