1831 Boutique Hotel

Location was great, next to LRT station, paddy's market, china town and 10 min walking distance to VQB. Really love to stay in this hotel.

What I really like about this hotel: 1. Receptions (all) so nice and really helpful, easy to check in and check out, and they quick responsible when I found I had lost 1 of my paper bag. 2. The location totally perfect. I can come from town hall station, central station or museum station. Central station the nearest, it took around 7-10 min to these 3 stations. 3. Light train station only took 3 min walking, get out from the hotel, turn right, it took 1 stop (1 blok) away. It was the best way and the cheapest way to go around the city. 4. City market, china town and paddy's market only 5 min away. It was right behind the hotel. 5. It was very easy to find food, you can get any kind of food by walking aroun george street. It took around 5-10 min to explore china town, hay street and town hall to fond various food. 6. The facilities more than extra ordinary. Pantry full of utensils. They provide refrigerator, microwave, vending machine, washing and dry machine, detergent, small dining area...also they provide iron table, iron and hairdryer in every room. 7. The price quiet reasonable, the room size quiet enough compare to room size at japan and HK

Great hotel in a great location with great staffs as well. Hotel was clean. Staffs are friendly, and its located near Central Train Station and Chinatown (for eatery). In summary, best value of money

Love this hotel so much, strategic place, near Chinatown and central station. We can use the pantry as we like, don't forget it is self-services so it is better you clean up all the things when you left it. The exceptional is only with the lift, it's very slow. The building look old but maintain well.

Located close to Paddy's Market....TownHall MRT in 10mins walk...a lot of Asian food surrounded! my flight was landed at 6am, concierge kept my luggage and stored at assigned room, I came back to hotel around 6 pm....luggage nicely at my room. even though there was civil work on going, it doesn't impact to quality level rest in the evening. Will be staying in this hotel again if I return to Sydney

Pengalaman saya menginap disini sangat menyenangkan. Walaupun liftnya agak lambat, kamar bersih dan rapi. Biarpun jalan dari lift ke kamar naik turun, tapi menyenangkan. Staf yang ramah dan sangat membantu. Bisa bantu arrange tour sehingga sangat terbantu. Lokasi hotel dekat tempat makan, belanja serta kereta api. terletak di pusat bisnis🌹

Kamarnya bagi saya standar seperti hotel. Lainnya tapi tempat tidur selalu dirapikan kamar mandi bersih dan semua lengkap buat mandinya dekat kemana. Cuma jam 21 malam pintu hotel sudah ditutup tapi kita sudah dikasih password. Saran harusnya ada matras kaki buat keluar dari kamar mandi. Selebihnya pelayanan bagus dekat dengan china town, paddys market dan dekat wisata kemana-mana juga walaupun jalan kaki sekalipun tidak berasa.

This is a vintage hotel. I love the room interior, bathroom is clean and convenient. The guest lounge is cool. The elevator located in the entrance gate is also old wooden design style. I was in doubt in a second where it leads to the hotel lobby in the upper floor. However, I don't really like my room overlooking others room’s windows. I had to keep the curtain closed. And, the roads construction across the hotel makes us less convenient. Otherwise, we took back gate alternatively. What I really like most it is centrally located and the Market City and Paddy Market is just almost across the hotel (take back entrance). Overall it is a nice hotel to stay for those who will not be only staying in the hotel for the whole days.

Room is not available at same floor and it was very small room never want to go again there.

Near everything, paddys market just 1 minute walk, central station 5minutes walk

It's a nice place between The China Town and CBD. The staff are helpful and kind. Our hotel is just 2 minutes walking from the central station and 3 stops train to circulate the quay. I will stay in this hotel again for sure when I visit Sydney.
