ジムもあり、ジャグジーもあり、屋上からの見晴らしはとてもよかったです。どこに行くのにも行きやすい場所で、近くにスーパーもあり、オーナーの方も親切でした。ドライヤーがないか聞いた所すぐ、持ってきてくださいました。何日か宿泊し、最後の2日分トイレットペーパーが足りなくなりましたが補充が間に合いませんでした。それだけが唯一残念でした。

Absolutely terrible experience. This property was advertised as a 4-bedroom apartment, but it was actually a tiny studio-style apartment with four extremely uncomfortable bunk-style beds crammed into one room. Completely misleading listing. The cleanliness was disgusting — the apartment was filthy, dusty, and full of mould throughout the bathroom. The conditions were honestly unhealthy and several guests became sick during the stay. It felt completely unfit for accommodation. The listing also advertised Wi-Fi, but there was no Wi-Fi available at all during our stay. To make matters worse, the woman managing the property was incredibly rude and unhelpful when we raised the issue. Even after What If acknowledged that the booking was incorrectly listed, there was no effort made to resolve the situation properly. We’ve had to raise a formal complaint with What If and are hoping for a resolution. Do not stay here. Avoid at all costs.

the children love the pool and spa

Apartment owner was very helpful with check in and information and posted items left behind. Location was good. Pool, hot tub and sauna are great with good views. Good kitchen facilities and washer. Wasnt 100% clear on booking that this wasn't a hotel but more like an Air B and B arrangement.

No toilet paper at the time of check in. The host was extremely rude when told that I can smell a bit of gas in the room, was told it was my imagination. I will not be staying here again for sure.

Room was fine, but lacking in a few items. Things like the dish sponge weren’t new or clean. I had to wash all of the dishes as a few had leftover food on them. No basics like salt and pepper, shampoo or conditioner etc. Not enough towels for the length of our stay. Pool was lovely and had a great view. Check-in was a bit inconvenient and confusing, but this was mainly because the email from the property went to my spam inbox, so I wasn’t aware I had to give them prior notice of my arrival time. Good location.

Not suitable for business travellers. Needs a lot more amenities if it's to be used by business travellers. For example, bathroom consumables (shampoo, body wash and tissues) and appliances like hair dryer. Check-in was ok but not a great experience. Room was also not serviced daily even though the advertisement said daily. housekeeping.

Room had everything I needed, good shower, comfortable bed, great location.

Great Location

Very accommodating Host and waited for me to arrive. So 5 stars for amazing service. This room is not part of the actual Hotel but a private room run by a third party. The actual room was very clean and Queen bed was comfy. but only 3 stars due to being old and a bit tired especially bathroom and furniture. Overall 4 stars

I recently stayed in a private apartment located inside this hotel, and unfortunately my experience was far from ideal. From the moment I entered the building, the smell in the common areas—and later in my room—was unpleasant. The bathroom was dirty, and I even had to wash my own glass just to get water. The utensils provided in the apartment were also dirty, which made the stay even more disappointing. Another major issue is that the building is directly in front of an extremely noisy street at night, making it difficult to get proper rest. Parking is not included, and if you want to park in the building, be prepared to pay $50 per night. The most positive point of the entire stay was the rooftop pool and spa, which are genuinely beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, I would not recommend this property unless the management addresses the cleanliness issues and provides clearer information about parking costs.
