It’s all about the view!! Flinders Penthouse is as high as you can get on the Peninsula and the views are magnificent. The unit itself is modern, spacious, clean and has everything you need for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The self check-in process was very easy, quick, and simple, which made everything seamless from the start. The absolute standout was the view — it was stunning and truly made the stay special. This accommodation has been marketed as "An Exclusive Couples Retreat". It may have been once but it lacks care and maintenance. The outside area and garden is neglected and unkempt and shabby.
Check-in was done remotely and apparently the cleaning team arrives shortly after checkout. We had the impression the owners rarely visit.
The bath products provided were supermarket brands and not very pleasant. No special touches and far from an "exclusive" experience.
We were celebrating a significant birthday and this place unfortunately did not meet our expectations for the price charged. We have stayed in many resorts in the Mornington Peninsula.
The view from the apartment is stunning and the large deep tub enjoyable. We were quite comfortable but disappointed.
