Was very old and run down. Really noisy with people above and kids in the pool

The kitchen was ok. Frying pan hopeless. No real sharp knife. No salt and pepper satchets. No bedside lamps and no power point in mezzanine bedroom. Trying to get suitcase up the spiral staircase hopeless. Couches are so uncomfortable. Considering room for 6, 9nly couch seating for 4.

Great location, staff friendly and helpful, rooms a little dated but the bed was so very comfortable!

Good stay. The property is a little bit tired so a few things like carpet, paint and bathrooms could do with some attention.

Been to the Atrium on many occasions? The bed very clean and comfortable, a very nice hot shower, but room basic. That was all we wanted. Very convenient position to walking to Todds cafe, down town for a nice meal and movies if that’s what you want?

Yes clean room however no fly screens on sliding door or windows so no fresh air. No bed lamps in brm. Air con worked however vent missing on front.. seems around age of atrium. Was nice and close to shops eating houses etc.

Kitchen facilities were fine for a short stay. Rooms nice, comfortable beds. Pool is awesome, nice sheltered and heated. Friendly staff. Needs a new shower head, it leaks out of spots you don’t want it to leak, making a flood in the bathroom. Air con needs a full deep clean, mould spots starting to form on the drum fan and the louver fins.

Staff seemed nice, clean premise, normal motel I guess. Small bug with me is staying at what appears to be a nice place but everything outside the front door is on you, example, the parking! If there’s a couple of hundred rooms & 15 car parks……. You can park anywhere but we’ll take nil responsibility but you’ll play by our rules whilst here.

While the pool area is very good, generally the hotel needs to upgrade it's appearance and performance. The carpets in the hallways are badly stained and worn!

The staff were friendly, however the standard of the room was very poor. The room smelled old, musty and moldy. The bathroom was dirty looking/feeling. The rubber bath mat was covered in black mould underneath and the tiles and grout in the shower looked dirty. The couch was essentially an outdoor metal setting with cushions and not comfortable for relaxing at all. The sliding door out to the balcony didn’t close properly, so a gap was continually letting a draft in and the glass was continually banging in the wind. The curtains in the loft were broken, leaving big areas of windows that weren’t covered and let light in. This wasn’t ideal for sleeping young children in the early mornings. The website said the room had an oven, however there was no oven. We understand that it is an old hotel, but for the price we paid, we definitely expected the room to be in a better condition than it was.

Room was ok. Couches in family room need replacing.

Room neglect, floors need upkeep, carpeting needs replacement. Most staff uncommunicative, not friendly .

Room extremely basic. TV turned itself on and off randomly, toilet wouldnt flush properly. Extremely overpriced. Will not be staying again.
