乾淨 舒適

網上訂購時要求了住高層，不過到酒店時給了10樓，跟職員說了後，給了34樓! 超棒的房間，像service appartment, 有廚房，焗爐 微波爐 烘麵包機 洗碗機 洗衣機等。而且買了海景房，對著沙灘很舒服。 唯一的不好就是酒店沒有食物提供，需要行五分鐘左右才有餐廳。而且可能是當地的文化，不會清潔地下，因為提供了吸塵器~

飯店位置離車站近，交通方便，走路就能抵達大型購物中心 步行就能到海灘戲水 整體設施完備，環境清潔明亮舒適 適合家庭、好友渡假遊

good location and view. the apartment itself is comfortable - comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen where we can cook for ourselves and save money.

交通便利,路面電車及巴士站在不遠處。購物方便附近有超市及食店。Apartment 設備齊全又整潔👍👍

I have stayed here several times over the years and every time the quality of the apartments seem to fade away. This time during our 5 night stay my family were attacked for what we believe were bed bugs or something. We were bitten all over and thought it was something else but every night in bed we would feel a reaction and have bites all over us. We checked the place and found little bugs all in the couch and on the bed. We were then moved to another room level 35 hoping for a better place. There were literally little bugs under the bed sheets. We had checked out and had to move everything to another hotel as this place was not safe to stay in. We then spent the remaining of of holiday cleaning all our clothes and bags and tending to our bites. Beware when booking and check the rooms.

Lovely 1-bedroom suite; impeccably clean, lovely view of the ocean and inland waterways. Staff here are the loveliest - both reception counter and cleaning staff. This is a reflection on the hotel management team - shout out to the same!

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, has everything one needs. Lovely heated pool, and short walk to Broadbeach. Loveliest front desk staff who provide excellent service.

Very clean, daily serviced apartment rooms. Fantastic customer service and easy check in. Secure parking options. Staff and management very hospitable. Relaxing and well maintained pool and amenities. Prime location! Definitely recommend.

Room floor was dirty and the bed sheets were not clean.

部屋もきれいで良かったです。周辺にスーパーやレストランなども沢山あって便利です。ホテルのエレベーターは待ち時間が少し長いと思います。

Great rooms. Clean, spacious and self-contained. We had a hard time checking in late at 10.00 pm as no-one answered either of the numbers we called and reception was not manned! Eventually we went in with other visitors when the door was open and found a bar tender at the gaming rooms who then chased up a receptionist ......... This process took almost 20 minutes!!

Great location and very friendly staff. Room was nice and very clean just a very noisy air con unit.
