Boulevard on Beaumont

我在下午5點多抵達，發現旅館大門深鎖，也沒有check in櫃檯，浪費許多時間打電話到旅館提供的號碼，才發現原來這個旅館是屬於自助式的check in, 要先取得旅館房間號碼及密碼，以及旅館門囗的密碼，才能進到裹面，非常折騰與不便。

The property and rooms were nothing like the photos shown in the advertisement on wot if. There’s was no reception area at all. When we walked in, it was too a small room to the lift which advertised a business in the third floor, mail boxes and a door to the garage. We were told that we would received a code for the door by 3pm, we didn’t. We had to ring them. We got a code to the elevator and to the room. The hallway to our room was dark and diy lit. When we open the door to the apartment, the floor was covered with water as it seemed someone tried to clean it and it absolutely stank of bleach. The bathroom was the same. My daughter walked in the bathroom with socks on and we had to throw them out as the bleach wrecked them. There was moths, wet paper, on the floors and powder, on the floor in the laundry. The second room pillows smelt like bleach as well. There was dust on bedside tables and not clean at all. As advertised there was parking when we booked, so when I tried to book parking, they said there was none available with the apartment. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment.

The entrance is not well marked a small sign on side of building and a unmanned foyer that is boarded up and dirty. Outside dirty nappies on ground and homeless sleeping near door way -did not feel safe putting a code in once we got the code. Only sent email no text claimed wotif did not supply phone no# so arrive not even sure we could check in till I pulled computer out as I dont have email on my phone. So1 no# for foyer another for lift and a 3rd for the door. Bedroom glass box tiny with king bed in it hardly could get around bed. Shower is over a spa bath with high-sides and only 1 shower curtain, water hits walls and runs all over the floor flooding floor. At 2am there was a fight in the hall way between a couple over money , then a shower ran for 1/2 a hour and a sound like they turned spa on but then decided to turn it off it was another 20 minutes before it settled down.around 3am. As we left in the morning 4 Policemen arrived in 2 cars. Also no parking only a few spaces they have were taken but offer it at other building at $25 a night but none available. Had to park on the street in a area with homeless sleeping rough on the streets everywhere. Not every well equipped no cutting board as such only a heavy marble thing on bench only 1 knife to go with cutlery in the draws in cupboard. A/c is locked and on 26 so very hot of a night . All air vent need a good clean and cobwebs on ceiling and corners . Book somewhere else if you can - you will get a better night sleep

Had everything, kitchen, laundry, plenty of space, balcony and in a great location.

Street parking 2 hr limit

Need to get in touch 72 hrs before check in. I ended up on the phone to emergency contact number 3 times during check in.

We loved our stay at Boulevard on Beaumont! We got a 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge and unexpectedly we got surprised with a spa in the main bathroom! The view onto the street was great, the beds were comfy and having a full kitchen was awesome and laundry area. There was a tv in each room as well as the lounge room. The value for money and location close to a multitude of food venues was excellent. I decided not to pay for parking and parked on a small side street right next to the apartments and that worked perfectly. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Newcastle. Only negative was that it needed a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning.

There was no front desk to check in, just a lot of instructions of how to get in. Cleanliness was average. If you leave people to wash up their own dishes you know what to expect! The one bedroom that made it into an apartment, was so small you could hardly move around the bed! No hanging rails in the wardrobe!!??? WiFi very ordinary. No vanity in the bathroom to put your toiletries on and shower head wouldn't stay upright. Half a shower curtain, so water all over floor! Very noisy the next morning early! Just glad it was for only one night!! Would suit the younger people who don't care about stuff like that!

We didnt realise till after booking that this apartment had no reception desk.i wouldn't recommend booking last minute after traveling and tired. You need to email or ring to get codes to get in. Its bit of fort knocks. Codes to get into foyer-to use lift-the paid car parking-so its not an easy entry. The drunks and homeless people yelling and swearing all night below is not cool if your a light sleeper. Room was adequate though,had everything we needed. Internet is super slow..if it even connects at all. It was warm/cool enough and provided bathroom amenities etc

No check in staff or bag drop available even though requested location of this with the staff. No instructions for checkout or rubbish removal. Entry door to room not secure - internal latch was removed! Workman let himself in whilst I was showering!! Hair and dirt in bathroom drawers, in wardrobe and cutlery draws. Useful items unavailable - scissors in kitchen, hangers or clothes drying rack.

Great location and good inclusions in the room. Extremely tricky access to property. Codes to access parking, lift, room and lobby were all different with very full hand I had to continually check my phone for different codes. Couldn't find the code panel to let myself out of the parking garage and when I rang for assistance the lady had no idea. Ended up telling me I would have to manually open the door with the chain. Not alot of help. Room was basic, bed was hard but ok for 1 night.

Overall, my stay was generally fine, and the other sections of the apartment appeared clean and well-maintained. However, I did encounter a very unpleasant issue. When I went to use the washing machine, I found what appeared to be pet waste left inside the inner drum (tyre) of the machine.

Please clean the shower properly

Dirty greasy toaster. Most issues with the unit are a design fault more than anything, not enough bench space, microwave is situated way too high and need a step stool to reach. Worst bathroom we've ever used. All that being said, the units are comfortable, have a lift and in a good location

Some early issues - wet floor, no towels, but these were remedied promptly.

Very spacious apartment, location was very convenient to shops and restaurants. Access was easy and secure, clear instructions.
