The bed is comfortable .The location is quiet and convenient . But not enough garbage bags for rubbish .

酒店新穎，去市區亦方便，附近環境清幽，鄰近超市及有公共交通工具去市區

The view from the apartment balcony is amazing. You can see the whole Brisbane CBD.Not to mention the whole apartment is so spacious and homey with a nice kitchen and a living room. It'll be great for family trip or people in a big group for sure.

Very weak WiFi network after 8pm . Couldn’t login email even connected to their WiFi for 2 days

they missing the wine when i check in and there is always noisy from neighbor and the stuff said they are not the hotel guest so they wouldn't do anything and ask me what do you want! 當我登記入住時，他們錯過了酒，鄰居總是吵鬧，工作人員說他們不是酒店的客人，所以他們不會做任何事情並問我你想要什麼！

The location is perfect, within walking distance from the convention centre, South Brisbane station, and it is quite close to the market and plenty of restaurants. The reception is helpful and it is a privacy living place in Brisbane.

The apartment is closed to CBD with 10 mins walking distance to the signature SouthBank Parkland. The unit is well furnished and modern. Only complaint is the underground car park layout is a mess. The parking space is small and should pay attention.

Hard to find Reception and parking very limited once found

Excellent location for exploring central Brisbane and a short walk to the riverside. Very clean and very quiet.

Pool was quite cold, didn’t like having to clean up before leaving as if we’re BNB. We were on level 8 which had no view, great view from top of premises

Property was well kept, clean and everything as they advertised.

This was our fourth stay in these apartments, and we’ve always been very happy with the property, the location, and the staff. It’s close to all the essential shops and restaurants, which makes everything easy. Even this time, when we left three days earlier than planned, they kindly refunded two of those days, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely book again for our next visit to Brisbane.

So at check-in refused to accept physical money which is against the law to not accept legal currency. In my own country!!! But got charged to use my credit card. Smell on entering the room was like egg and unclean cleaning sponges were used. Benches and kitchen area were dirty with cooking oil splatters and someone’s leftover grated cheese on the floor. No disability parking. The food smells from the under neath restaurant were a complete stomach churner. We were travelling for a respite wirh an ndis participant and it wasn’t pleasant.

Great stay excellent service will be back

Process of checking out before open hours and also not enough bin liners or toilet paper in room for longer stays and room s don’t get clean unless you stay more than 7 nights or more.
