This place is undoubtedly a little tired and really lives up to it's budget hotel status - BUT you cannot fault the location and you cannot fault the helpfulness of the staff.
It is literally 100 metres from Central Station (with a direct line to everywhere including the domestic and international airports), has a supermarket even closer than the station and lots of pubs and restaurants nearby.
The room is clean and tidy if a little tired looking. Some of your expected amentities are missing etc but it is not designed for a long stay. Perfectly comfortable for a couple of night stay in Sydney and it was surprisingly quiet at night.
The staff are very polite and helpful and happily looked after our bags after we had checked out.
If you remember this is budget - and few things in Sydney are - then you'll be more than happy for a few nights.

櫃臺非常的幫忙 。當我換房間時.只要留鑰匙給他們就好.他們會幫忙處理.最後一天寄行李時.也不需要自己提下樓. 非常體貼.客房很舊但很乾淨.垃圾桶每天有倒.出火車站過馬路（有一間metro超市）往右邊走100公尺就到.有點上坡. counter is very help,they helped me move around, the room is old but clean . they collect the trash everyday, the location is very good, it faces to the central train stations. only 2min to walk . there is a supermarket close. 10 minutes walk to China town and shopping areas. 20-30 mintes walk to Hyde park

省去很多轉車的麻煩
行經旅社路上就有小超商
附近吃早午餐的店也不少
房間內東西蠻齊全的
缺點只有一個~沒電梯

是次訂住兩間房間，有一間多次出現小強，隻數多達一家四口，跟前台職員說後，他們都不好意思，及馬上滅蟲。除此之外，整潔度是可以接受，畢竟大廈都有一定年紀，設備跟裝修是比較舊式。酒店非常鄰近CENTRAL STATION，但酒店沒有電梯，但即使是小酒店，但職員亦熱情幫忙。

但只附上一塊不好洗的肥皂要洗頭洗澡?!，比較像是backpacker hostel.
初冬房間就很冷，冷的睡不著。

For context I am a single male in my 40s and I stayed 5 days. This is a budget accomodation, if you go in with that expectation it’s a good place to stay. The room I stayed in was clean and fit for my use. There was a lot of ware and rare in the room but nothing that mad may stay uncomfortable. If you have any sort of issues with stairs look at other options or reach out to them first as the stairs are the only way up to most rooms as far as I can tell. Close to public transport and within walking distance to many restaurants and points of interest ( within 20min radius). Would stay again if the need arises.

No hot water at all the entire stay, frozen cold showers, on last day woken up at 7:50 by deadass like jackhammering on the room on the other side of the wall, who does work on a room that early, it woke everyone up, and the stairs are definitely dangerous asf, no elevator.

Booked a double room with shared bathroom, 30% off, cost 125Aus. Old place but clean. my room on 3rd floor, no lifts, so that could be an issue. Otherwise good value. Sink, refrigerator in room. Decent size room. old AC worked. Bed just a double. Good value for a cheap overnight right a central station and near light rail.

If you’re looking for budget cheap accommodation this fits the boxes. The location to the central station is brilliant and the bus stop is virtually right outside. It is very close to some good restaurants and markets. The room was clean. The staff were helpful however the corridor at night was quite noisy with people coming home late. The bed was not comfortable at all and rubbish truck seemed to empty the bins down in the alley relatively regularly at odd times. there is a rather steep set of stairs to get to your room no lift for any heavy luggage the air-conditioning worked well and there was plenty of hot water. Entry level accommodation at a budget price you get what you pay for.
