Great location and good size apartment. Only downside is the shower needs fiixing as it continually drips water.

The staff and room were great. The only issue was the person in apartment 35B was smoking so much weed that it was filling up the whole stairwell and into our apartment. We had to put towels under the door to try and help stop it. The Body Corporate needs to address this issue especially with families staying there with young children.

The room was in very poor condition. The couch bed wasn’t made up. Only 1 toilet paper roll was left. Terrible for the price.

It was clean and tidy . Nice and quiet just what I needed

It was great that we could check in online and get the access code for the keys. Unfortunately of the two sets of keys only one key worked to get in the gate and main door and even then it was not easy to use. The apartment was overall good. Had everything we needed. Some of the furniture was a little tired and needs a bit of care and attention. We also found a previous tenants dirty washing on the top shelf in the wardrobe.

Apart from an empty bottle of wine lying in the cupboard, a really dirty sock shoved in the side of the lounge, and food under the lounge, it was clean. Overall it was very nice place to stay

We were locked out of our apartment when returning after 9 pm. Pool gates were locked, key would not open the door to access Stairwell 5 and the side black gate would not open as the mechanism inside is not good (people staying in other apartments were also complaining about it). We had to call the offsite managers to gain access.

Well presented in most respects. The one blanket stink and was dirty, so we washed it ourselves and left to dry in sunshine the next day. Bed was SUPER hard - I’ve sore hips and shoulders and neck after 3 nights on it.

Option to "check in" online was unusable, and people at location were unfriendly and dismissive. Phone went to voicemail, but person who eventually answered was helpful

Fairly good location. Next door to police station so pretty safe. Would be a bit hard for some people getting bags and stuff up to 3rd floor as only stairs. Looked tidy. Hot water kept going hot _ cold. Probs alittle overpriced but it was January, peak time to get ripped.

Perfect location for attending the Conference Centre and local to shops and restaurants as well as walks to the beach

Great location. Lovely spa and pool. Great host Melissa. But sadly the apartment i felt was budget in alot of areas.

Melissa (reception) is a great communicator and had our stay expectations fully explained. Just one issue on the described "studio", it has no 'kitchen sink'? It was a hotel room, not a studio. Anyway, we made do with what we had. Hotels.com should fix description for this room as "hotel room" and not as studio.

Communication with owners was great; small apartment but exactly what i needed; shower was great!! I’d definitely book again, particularly in the summer when i can use the pool (too cold this trip)

The communication was friendly and welcoming and Mel was so accomodating with our questions and queries and answered back really quickly so we weren't left waiting for an answer. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and seconds from some varied dining options plus there is a big Woolworths supermarket close by. It was easy to navigate by public transport which was important since we didn't have a car during our stay but still wanted to move around. The property was in good condition and very comfortable and we felt at home straight away. Our son really enjoyed using the pool and spa which is included. Overall, we were very happy to stay here and recommend it!

Didn’t like the hard beds sagging chairs and street noise the apartment is modern enough but will need refurbishing soon rate it 3 stars but take your own pillows and preferably your own bed or a chiropractor

Booked a 1 bedroom appartment and got a bed sitter with no balcony and the a/c over the bed was terrible. the carpets were dirty and the table and night stands were covered in dust. Pool and landscape around building was good.

The Tv remote batteries are missing & a lightbulb has blown in the lounge, other than that it was nice & clean 😊
