Hotels.com verified review

The room we were initially given (block 4) was not size of the room we had booked. It had no balcony, was very small and had hardly any windows. When we complained to the manager he soon got a a better room (block 2), but this was only what we had paid for originally. Other than this, our stay was good.

Good service with a courtesy bus from the airport and an easy check-in. Room was clean , spacious and very comfortable . If I was to be very picky I would want a slightly more powerful shower if I had been staying several nights but as it was it was it was good enough. Good bar and eating facilities at the hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. I've no qualms about recommending this hotel for future travellers .

Food was great, and location and room was great. The service was poor. Pick up stuff didn’t help with my big bags onto and off shuttle, and help with my bag to my room and we’re a bit rude. The guys serving me didn’t even tell me they were going to deduct $100 from my account when they asked for my credit card details. They asked me to write my credit card details on a piece of paper which was questionable.
