We were offered a room next to the highway. Very noisy. The room was also very old fashioned. Requested and was offered another room at the other end which was much quiet. The beds were too soft and were not comfortable.

We were told that we can't use the other bed that's in the room or we would get a additional charge, Also during the night, the fire alarm went off 3 times, We had to pay a $100 deposit on arrival which was a bit weird I've never had to do that before,

Staff went into my room when I was out the first night I was there some man was yelling and screaming for over 2 hours and the staff didn't do a thing about it and then he started again at 5.45am in the morning not a good stay

Wasn't sure why put a single bed in the room and stated if we use we will be charged for it...when we pay for a room it means we pay for our bed, utilities within that room.. I asked for an extended days but apparently is way too expensive to book over the counter..which is more cheaper online booking. I tried to booked several times and apparently no luck as motel is fully booked from 23rd to 26th Jan..very strange and yet when i first went to enquire over the counter there's availability just its too expensive 3nights at a total cost $520..that was a bit confusing..so i have to looked elsewhere and managed to booked the Dandenong Apartment Central for $395 from 23th to 26th..

clean room staff were lovley

Clean room, great ataff, good amenities and close to shops and petrol stations and other sites.

The bed was very hard and the walls were very dirty.

Room ok cleanish had spiderwebs on ceilings.bed very firm only 2 pillows no extra.

Can be a little noisy especially if trying to get to sleep before 11pm

like stating but can get noisy at weird times

Beds comfortable... But found some rubbish and very dusty under the beds.. specially for a family room.. we had an infant crawling everywhere

stay was lovely and staff were amazing

The lady beside me i discovered liked hitting back of her bathroom which in effect caused the noise to be transferred to my room, are crap hours 11pm, 1145pm, 1205am, 0030, 0130, 0200. Apart from that rude woman, it's very centrally located, shopping centre across the road, the staff are really beautiful very welcoming

Enjoyed the food near by and the kindness of the worker's

always nice and pleasent but goodness people cannot park
