Very clean. Well appointed. Staff were friendly. Hotel is right across from Flinders St, and tram stops were real close. Parking at First Parking, 300 flinders st is about 300m from hotel.

This was a peaceful night in the middle of a very vibrant city. Room was set up so everything was intuitive and one thing I liked was that the bathroom was easy to use with clear writing on the shampoo and conditioner bottles (for those of us with glasses) and the water was hot and strong. Just great. Thank you.

Location was perfect for our needs. Room was clean but lacking the extras you would expect from a Hilton. After hours service was limited to basics. Hilton is a reputable name that you expect more from. Staff did their best with what they had.

Very very noisy on Flinders St facing room, lower floors. Requested high floor, but wasn’t allocated this, until I had to ask to be changed. Roadworks outside all night, no sleep at all first night.

Great location, super clean and well equipped. Really enjoyed my stay here. One small quibble - why do hotels still put all the lights ON after cleaning the room?? Seems like such a stupid thing to do when we are all trying to be more thoughtful about energy use. Wifi only average.
