Very friendly and helpful staff made us feel like family. Hot spring water baths on the premises ranging from warm to very hot. The water comes up from 900 metres deep straight into the baths. Both indoor baths and and outdoor.

The room was spotless and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The manager was extremely helpful and explained everything fully. The car park area is secured overnight accessible with your own code. Would stay here again, no problem.

We booked this property for its secure parking and late night use of the amazing spas and pool as we were serving late.. overall it was fantastic the only downsides were no pool towels provided and the bed was rock hard.. something across the bottom of the door would be ideal as there’s a big gap and the lights outside on all night are quiet bright through the curtains.. if these things were rectified the place would but absolutely the best.. after hours check-in process was very easy and smooth.. Did I mention the spas and pool were amazing.. definitely worth it for those facilities

Room was perfect. I stayed in non renovated side. Room was excellent for what i paid. Everything was clean and in order. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.
I really appreciate windows i can open as if the weather is ok i dont want to be living in air con.
