The European was a chance find and I'm so pleased I did. It is small, charming and friendly. My room had a balcony, which was such a delightful change from big hotels where you can't even open a window. Everything worked. The only thing missing was an iron for travel wrinkled clothes. The bed was very comfortable, the room spotless and the staff helpful. It will be my first choice of stay from now on when passing through Perth.

there are lots of eateries around the hotel, conveniently located just outside the shopping areas. chemist warehouse is just a few shops from the hotel.
only thing was there are 2 big mirrors inside the room, so you have 2 mirrors facing you while you sleep.

The air conditioning was not working and required them to fit it. It is a very old hotel. The pictures show online are different from what I see. The restaurant was not operated anymore. Just a small cafe there only.

ロケーションは抜群（駅も波止場も徒歩圏、買い物、食事にも便利）、名前通りの趣きあるホテルです。セキュリティボックスが部屋にない、朝食の場所がホテル内にない（隣接のカフェと提携していて、そこの食事が１０％ひき）等の古さはありますが、比較的よく手入れされていると思います。ただ、唯一部屋の壁紙が破損していて、そこに「セロテープ」で同じ壁紙が貼り付けてあることを除けば。それさえなければ、高評価でした。

コンパクトな部屋ですが、一人旅なので全然オッケーでした。水回りも綺麗でした。立地もよかったし、隣のベーグル屋さんが美味しかったです。スタッフの方も親切でした。アメニティはシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープのみなので、必要なものがあれば持って行った方がいいです。

The European was an excellent base for our stay in Perth. It’s in a very good, central location and we had a good, well equipped, comfortable room. We’d booked a balcony room which was a bonus for brightness and was good to sit out on and watch the street life even though the view was a car park.
I note from the safety plan that it looks like some rooms look out into a light well, something to be aware of if concerned.

Stanza di piccole dimensioni ma comunque sufficienti. Buon livello di pulizia e mantenimento della stanza. L'unica pecca era il rumore molto fastidioso che proveniva dalle ventole delle unità esterne dei condizionatori, posizionati tutti in prossimità del rooftop.

フロントのスタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーでした。チェックアウト後、ラゲッジルーム（施錠あり）で荷物を預かってもらえました。
パースの駅からも徒歩圏内で周辺はカフェなども多く滞在しやすかったです。
ツインルームでしたがそこそこ広かったです。隣のお部屋の水回りと接していたこともありシャワーを使っている際に音が聞こえましたがわたしはそこまで気になりませんでした。
