Overall is good, clean, silent, relatively nice location, with dryer and washing machine in each room, and also nice workers. However, the most horrible thing is that on one day, after the hotel's cleaning work, the worker FAILED TO LOCK OUR ROOM. It's only discoverred when we were back. Luckily we had nothing loss. This is totally unacceptable as I have never met with such situation all over the world in my travelling in the past.

A little problem is the room is near apartment entrance with a window face to aisle so you will hear a lot of noise while sleeping…. Except that issue, everything was amazing. Will definitely come next time.

房子偏舊，三房間的屋型絕對不宜6人使用，因為加床，也很困難放入房內，房間變得很迫。窗簾壞了，聯絡三次後，才有維修人員維修，但最終都沒有修好

房間整潔、服務員親切友善、酒店房間寬敞，酒店位置近唐人街，容易找餐廳。唯獨是我租的兩個房間，房間沒有空調，只有客廳一個空調，我們需要問酒店借風扇。

there are very friendly staff whenever you meet them either in reception or in elevator, the room is very good, the best thing is that it is located in downtown we can get to every place easily. only a little bit issue is they should tell us the car park and breakfast have to book and pay when we did the booking instead of telling us after check in

The room is clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I booked a one bedroom apartment and surprisingly they give us two bedroom apartment. However, the sound proof is not so good, I can hear the next door people talking in the bedroom at night time.

我們非常喜歡這次的住宿，櫃台服務很親切，感謝Aman小姐的服務，讓我們有一趟完美的野生動物園之旅，無尾熊和袋鼠們真可愛；飯店內部寬敞，廚房設備一流，我們用大烤箱烤了美味的雞腿和雞翅，每天早晚都有美食享用；洗衣機，乾衣機，無線網路等等，設備一應俱全；可謂物超所值，以後有機會一定會再入住。

Great location, 10 mins walk to China town, central market and 10 mins to other side of city! Very convenient location! They have all facilities i need such as washing machine, dryer, oven, kichen, and even washing machine! That was so good for a short or long stay, just like a home! Also, staffs of Franklin were so friendly and helpful, especially the reception Aman, what a sweet lady! To conclude, we had a great experience while we stayed at Franklin Central Apartment, and we highly recommend people to choose this apartment in Adelaide.

酒店位處阿德萊德市中心，鄰近中央市場丶唐人街丶 Rundle Mall等，步行距離在10分鐘左右，很方便！ 我們入住的三房一廳單位，廚房配備煮食用具，且有洗衣機及乾衣機。 但停車場出入有點困難。

退房後來電告知因在房間抽菸罰款300澳幣 但是我們並沒有在房間裡抽菸 只有把煙蒂帶回房間廁所的垃圾桶丟 但飯店堅持扣款非常不合邏輯 並收取了快3倍的訂房費用 最糟糕的住宿經驗

The apartment is clean ,spacious and comfortable ,only the bath shower water is small and wifi runs slowly. As we woke up late everyday and out for lunch around 12:30pm, we don't had make up room service within 4 nights!! But the staffs are willing to provide us the body wash, towels and bath floor towel when we asked at the reception. Staffs are nice,quick responsed and helpful.
