It’s an ok location and like many in Hobart there is no hotel car parking. The reception area is mostly unattended (call a mobile to check in). The grubby reception area was piled with laundry bags so not a good first impression. Room was ok for my purposes but luckily no really noisy people in adjoining rooms bcoz can hear everything.

Good location with easy walking to everything downtown Hobart and the harbor. It's simple and basic; but that is all I needed since my focus was the city and I was only in the room to sleep. The room had private bathroom, mini-fridge, air conditioner, and coffee maker. For me, a great value to have these things without spending a lot. I would stay again.

Room is dated and repairs are minimal. No Blockout curtains available no curtain at all in the bathroom although the glass is frosted . Difficult to block out light. Room had a basic clean and that’s about it. Facilities were functioning. Bathroom was a good size noise does travel from room to room.

The room was very ordinary, unclean and the bathroom smelled of sewerage. The guests in neighbouring rooms were very noisy, rooms are definitely not soundproof.
I found it very overpriced for what it was.

Booked for 2 nights and just managed to stay for 1! No sleep. Felt like plastic sheets. No room to move in the room. Small, dirty, neglected, no lift and the stairs were blocked with laundry bags (at 5pm). Photos are misleading and out of date. Type of place that you would rent by the hour! For $20 more got an excellent room 20 paces up the road at Best Western.
