Location-wise is good, very close to QVB and if you don't mind walking, you can walk to Sydney Opera House, Sydney Darling Harbour, Sydney Bridge Harbour, and The Rock. Room size is quite spacious and the room is clean. It was a pleasant stay here.

Travis at the reception desk is friendly and ready to help. The hotel is located near QVB and Town Hall, hence, very convenient!! The only complaint I had is the air conditioning sounds from the neighboring buildings, which were almost 24-hour non-stop.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Sydney, just a 2-minute walk from the Town Hall station. The room is small but reasonably clean, the manager at the reception is very friendly, and for this relatively low price, there is really little to complain about. My only reservation about the hotel is that it is very noisy, being at the corner of two busy streets in downtown Sydney. It stayed noisy until around 1am and the garbage collectors and street cleaners started doing their jobs at 4am. You will need strong earplugs for a decent sleep.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 star. Arrived curbside in the rain. Had to schlep bags into crowded, smoke-filled bar the back out into the rain to adjacent door on sidewalk. Reception is essentially a closet under the stairs. Room was very small but clean. Staff was friendly. We felt mislead by Hotels.com

Very basic Hotel, so felt overpriced. The biggest issue is that they don’t have a lobby so you have to go in through a bar to get to the hotel. And then the same staff that runs the bar, runs reception sometimes. So a lot of times there’s not a receptionist there. And when you check out, you need to wait for an Uber, you don’t have any place to sit so you end up packing the same bar

Fabulous location for visiting Sydney, 2 minutes to Metro, trams & buses. A bit noisy for sleeping - but you are in the middle of a city! Lovely, friendly staff & handy on-site bistro/bar with 10% discount! It is a little tired round the edges, but the price reflects that somewhat.

The room was clean and surprisingly quiet, renovated bathroom. Very small room for 3 people though, no fan in the bathroom; curtains couldn’t reach all the window so the light from the exit sign was bright. Hardly any tv channels except for fox sport! Restaurants too noisy to dine in. Reception area tiny and very hot. But, rooms were serviced and reprovisioned daily, and in a great central location which was convenient.

Great room, especially for a solo traveller. Had an amazing view of the Queen Victoria Building and I really loved how the hotel was connected to a bar, slot machines, etc. Very convenient location.
