I did not know the cabin had a outside bathroom and toilet, for a older person trying keys in the dark and cold was not good

I always enjoy my stays here

Nice, quiet, clean park well maintained. The only issue we had was shower flooded due to hair and soap scum clogging the infloor strainer that my husband had to clean out.

Accomodation very clean,everything supplied for a great stay,staff very warm and welcoming, air conditioned plus ceiling fans, laundry block available for use if required,

Amazing

Cabin we stayed in is old. Shower barely had any pressure at all. Cabin was clean. Bed was comfy. Couch not so much. Good amenities in the cabin… microwave. Utensils and cooking stuff. Washing machine with powder supplied. Good fridge freezer. What really ruined it for us was the noisy neighbours. No chance of a sleep in. Kids yelling. People talking very loud. Sounded like they were dragging furniture around. Kids running up and down the cabin like baby elephants. All this from 0630.

Cabin was perfect with fans & aircon, nice and quiet and very friendly staff!

Lovely place to stay

Accommodation was not as advertised. Advertised as studio cabin with picture of cabin and interior with beautiful furnishings however upon arrival it was a motel style room with older furnishings. Have pictures to show the difference and happy to provide to Expedia as what you’re advertising is not what the accommodation is. Have no complaints about Ingenia or staff just want to warn others that the pictures are not what the accommodation are. We were really disappointed to arrive at the accommodation after hours and find that it was absolutely not what was advertised.

The cabin was perfect, clean, spacious lovely and cool. Great facilities and we needed nothing.

Room was clean and had some basic kitchen supplies, also available is the camp kitchen and bbq. Outdoor en-suite is a little strange but was clean and as required. Bed was a good size and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay for the price. Had everything we needed.

I believe the property is pet friendly. The staff are friendly, pleasant to speak to and always happy to help you with what you need.

Staff are amazing. Room super clean, air con cold as. Nothing a hassle, had a small shower problem, fixed pronto and with courtesy. We will be back

This was so fun. We loved the unique outlook and the fact that the caravan was part of a holiday park and you could also use the facilities was fantastic. The caravan was pristine. And the private gazebo had everything you could want or need for a wonderful weekend away. Hervey Bay beaches did not disappoint.
