We had a wonderful stay. The staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The rooms were very clean and the after hours check in was easy. Restaurants, cafes, and shops on your doorstep. Could not have had a better experience. Will definitely be returning. Thank you to the staff.

Upgrade to a 2-story apartment on the 5th floor with 2 separated Kitchens and washrooms for free. It made us more convenient as we were a group of 5 adults. The sitting room was with a stunning city view although it was a bit congested after an additional rollaway bed placed in it. The hotel is in the center of the city that you can visit almost all attractions in walking distance. The Back Cow Restaurant which is Renowned for its beef is nect door. The receptionists at our arrival on 8 May evening were sweet and helpful that they provided us useful information about attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very old place with a strong smell of old carpet. It smells like living in an old car. Staff are offline after 6pm. They didn’t leave me a message for retrieving my room key after hours. Had me guessing the last four digits of my phone to as the passcode of getting the key from the lock box.

The clock tower nearby kept ringing which severely disturbed our sleep. It even rang every 30 min. Could not get deep rest throughout the night. Cleanliness and facilities were fine though.

Great location, nice kitchen, huge room and friendly staffs only downside is that the church next to the hotel keep ringing the bell in every 15 mins. No sure is it some special event on the day I stayed. But overall is a great hotel.

We checked in a room in the attic, which I have to carry two big luggages up to the stairs and get to my room. I have booked a king bed room while they gave me a queen size bed. I tried to change the room but they said they were full house. I don't think this is acceptable and is worth for the price!!
Another thing is the hot water would run out!!!! I was taking a shower while the hot water were ran out and I have to wait in the bathroom for 5 mins until the hot water ran again!!! I tried to call the after hours service, but the security said there was nothing they can do, but wait!!
This is a terrible experiences!

Stove and utencils are oily and not completely clean. Not enough hot water for shower at night. However, reception staff are very very nice and helpful. If you are just looking for room to stay but not using kitchen facilities, you will find it very comfortable and good.
